Unprofessional- charged us even though we cancelled our reservation. Contacted the hotel and Fernando could not find a reservation but assured us we would not be charged. Two days later we were charged almost $200. When I contacted the manager of the hotel she said there was nothing she could do about it and will not even give us a partial refund.
