Only thing I like is pet friendly, the location is not bad however I would not send my worst enemy to this hotel as it is nasty head roaches let's not clean the floor was dirty if you're going there to cook or anything there's no pots or anything like that the beds are hard it's just hope I felt dirty not to mention that we were to check out at noon late check out the housekeeper came at 9:30 knocking on the door several times Bang Bang and she wanted to start at our room to clean, so with not much rest what are things in left. The walls are thin you can hear the water when someone's upstairs taking a shower sounds like it's running down the side of the hotel the pipes that things don't bother me is the fact that we didn't get much rest being woke upMotter - 4.0Scored 4.0

I didn’t like the stay, because I did not have the room I purchased and had to be satisfied with a downgrade at the same cost. And the clerk at the the front desk was very nonchalant about the situation. Just saying that the room I was supposed to have been given was it clean. That to me was inexcusable after my reservation was made 20 days in advance!

Nasty service, reservations would not be granted.
Nasty service, reservations would not be granted. If anyone walks in 5 minutes before you without a reservation your will be given away and they don't care. We were told just like that and won't refund me the money. Deal with corporation I was told by the receptionist who never even open the door for us. She meet us outside the reservation lobby and the door were locked.

Would never recommend this place to anyone. Dirty ,unsanitary , peeling paint and black mold on shower Ceiling. I can go on for days. We will be calling corporate and stopping payment on our card if we don't get a refund. The cleaning crew needs what clean means

Was visiting a friend while in Brandon/Riverview , lots of traffic congestion but I already knew that from my friend. The area is a commercial metropolis with multiple strip malls, fast food , restaurants and groceries as far as you can see. It's a nice location too and from Tampa.VincentUnited States of America
