Nothing it had roaches in it and the fridge was rusty on the outside. The place was gross. I had to have someone come pick me up because I refused to stay the night.

I enjoyed the history that remains in the building from the elevator, the rooms, and the lobby. The customer service was also outstanding. The location is also idea if you are wanting to explore downtown Winter Park. If you are expecting a 5 star hotel this is not your place. I also recommend the patio off the room to enjoy a glass of wine or coffee.
