It is gorgeous. So much history.
It is gorgeous. So much history. Plaza and courthouse are incredible. Country around it is very pretty. BIG live oaks. Presidio La Bahia , Fannin/Texas Independence, And Gen. Zaragoza-Cinco De May sites were very interesting and SO well done and taken care of. Bring Cameras.

I love Goliad's history ,the State Park was amazing we also went to Fort Presidio La Bahia that was amazing as well friendly people, the Catholic Church was very pleasant we really enjoyed our visit to Goliad

It is family owned and operated and located in a small town with two historical attractions and a lake with excellent fishing. It seems that the fishermen and historical reenactors prefer this hotel for its location and its rates over the new chain hotel. So do I.

It was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was tasty and filling. Definitely will stay there again when we return to Goliad.DawsonUnited States of America
