Loved the big hot tub and spacious rooms! There were full size bathroom amenities in each room which was great! They have a microwave and mini fridge in each room and they had a desk and couch in our room. It was very spacious!

The location was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and stores close by and the place I needed to go was very close. I would recommend this hotel and will return when in town again.

Beautiful environment, very friendly staff, front desk, bell hop, and valet were all very attentive and happy to help. Great location to go to all the places we wanted to go to. It was quiet and dark, was able to sleep comfortably. Wonderful bathroom, great walk in shower with shower head and wand, nice hot water.

The hostess seemed more interested in her phone than helping us. She charged me 2 times for the room. There was broken glass strewn across the hallway we were on. The biggest thing was when we went to take shower before going out for dinner the water was cold. I called the front desk and was told "oh i forgot to turn it on". I would think hot water would be a priority.

New, clean, a bar and a bar that offered mocktails, pool table, retro decor, upbeat vibe.
Bar was only opened 1 evening out of the 4 evenings there. Didn’t offer any cool water for guests nor hot/cool water for tea - only water to purchase. Housekeeping doesn’t initially leave enuff towels, wash cloths, body wash, shampoo, condition or bottled water for all guests. Not well insulated, can hear other guests
Love that it was close to the Woodlands

The hotel was lovely and modern.
The hotel was lovely and modern. I was disappointed there was no bar option after our very long trip. The restaurant was closed. The rooms are equipped with lots of exercise equipment that we didn't use. I would have rather had a comfy chair, instead there were modern space saving cubes to sit on.The beds were so very cozy. Showers came with shampoo and shower gel which is a bonus. Very close to lots of food and shopping. B.J.'s was minutes away for good local beers. The location was about 7 min to the Cynithia Mitchell Pavillion if you are seeing a concert.
