Rude at check in holding another conversation while trying to check in, in the room the lamp shade was broken, the blankets and sheets had satins in them, the refrigerator was dirty and there were bugs in the room. I wasted my money because we didn’t even stay the night we drove back home.

The hotel was very kind and worked with us so that we did not lose the full cost of our reservation. That type of compassion will not be forgotten and we will be returning for future trips to the area.
