This hotel is NOT worth the price they charge.

This hotel is NOT worth the price they charge. It’s old, outdated. The sheets had cigarette burn holes in it. Our door had clearly been broken into in the past and they patched it back together 🙄the ac made an awful noise the entire time. Definitely would not stay here again. They need some major upgrades or reduce the price by a lot!!

    Don't ever book with Booking.com.

Don't ever book with Booking.com. Accidently hit wrong date when booking, tried calling them to correct. They said they could do nothing. Call hotel. Called hotel, no one ever answered. Called at least 6 or 7 times day and evening. What kind of hotel has no one ever answer phones? We were charged for a night we did not stay, because no one ever answered to help correct situation. Beyond that, it was called an OYO hotel, never said what that was. Had no idea what we were getting. New bathtub, but shower plumbing not complete so couldn't shower. no amenities but a bar of soap. not even tissues. Bed was nice, but won't stay there again.

We got to the hotel and was told there was no reservation.

We got to the hotel and was told there was no reservation. The man was not very nice. Then he told us he could offer as a room but the price was three times more ten listed on booking. I would not ever consider staying here again.

Our stay was short, but we were welcomed in a cozy room and slept all like babies. Although we arrived late in the night, around 2am, the front desk lady was friendly and even had a smile on her tired face. In the room we found everything we wanted, a brand new full combo fridge with both cooler and freezer, unlike the tiny ones on most hotels, a microwave and a coffee maker. The heater was not so noisy so we left it on for the night.

breakfast was so poor I only ate it 1 out of the three days we were there even though it was free with our rooms! juice machine didn't work, I went for biscuits and gravy but gravy was empty, I had the waffle but only 1 choice for syrup, no jams or jellies. fruit basket consisted of 2 apples. Mc Donalds is just down the road.

We had stayed at the Days Inn Ridgeland for a week and then moved to the Quality Inn Ridgeland. The Quality Inn Ridgeland is far superior to the Days Inn even though the Quality Inn's furnishings are dated and worn. But I feel certain that the Quality Inn is the best place to stay in Ridgeland!!

It was a quick stay so i could get to a training not to far from the hotel. I remember it being late and thankfully this hotel was open and had availability. Staff who checked me in was very nice and courteous. I appreciate everything, and oh it was peace and quiet.
