The front office staff was very rude an didn't put me in a room that I book with Expedia. I had to pay more an had to wait till the staff got done with there lunch for me to get my room. Then she didnt even ask for my ID. I was tired an didn't want to complain bout anything. But my stay was not what I expected.

Eddie the night guy was very helpful but was unable to move us because the hotel was full. The morning team didn’t seem to see an issue with what had happened the night before.
