The location of the hotel was great and essentially, more modern than those nearby. Unfortunately, those are the only positives I would call out. The breakfast selection was very good but very dry both days. Cleanliness was very questionable as all the bath towels had some type of stain on them and the coffee maker had not been cleaned out from the previous customer (there was a used Keurig cup still in the chamber). The soap dispenser had fallen off the wall and the toilet dispenser was barely hanging on. None of the plastic cups in the room were sealed in in plastic. The coffee choices were not refilled from the previous customer with only decaf available.

We love Wylie, Texas .
We love Wylie, Texas . Our son and daughter in law lives there so we visit as much as possible. Wylie is close to all the area big cities you need to travel to , easy to get around in and had all the things you need.AAnonymous - 8.0Scored 8.0

Very nice area lots to do. We went to Magnolia and the Dr Pepper Co. not that far of a Dr. Wylie is close to Dallas so there is plenty of shopping close by and museums and the zoo is close. GREAT POOL OUTSIDE WITH FIRE PIT. THEY HAD A NICE GYM. VERY CLEAN and new! IT WAS ON A MAIN STREET WITH MANY STORES AND RESTAUANTS, BUT SET OFF TO SIDE . THe staff is great while the breakfast is good, but not enough healthy variety, especially for children.

Trash at the entrance , that was never picked up. Leaky tubs, hotel needs an upgrade. smell of urine in some of the rooms. It is pet friendly. Limited staff. Staff did not seem to want to be there either. Requested the room to be serviced it took two days for them to show up. I would have to go to the reception to request clean towels. Do to bad weather we had to stay.
