Poorly maintained (leaking faucet, stained and filthy walls and baseboards, caulking done by a kindergartner, unfriendly workers, musty smelling, “breakfast” was a cracker, old apple or a tiny prepackaged coffee cake. Minimal standards. Bed and A/C were fine.

Lake Village is a small town in southern Arkansas. Has gas stations, dollar general, McDonald's and a Mexican food restaurant. The hotel is a nice place to stay if you are traveling through lake Village to your destination.
