Convenient location with restaurant options nearby.
Convenient location with restaurant options nearby. Nice pool but no shaded areas available. Great breakfast and comfy beds. The only downside was one bed was very close to the A/C and tight squeeze to get by. Staff was friendly and helpful!

My husband was hanycaped but everything was perfect for him. It was better than I expected. Highly would recomend this hotel. It was very clean and that was a concern. It definitely met my expectations. Was easy to get to. Location was perfect to get in and out of. Free Breakfast was great! I am very particular about cleanliness. Would definitely stay here again! They were friendly and courteous checking in and checkout was a breeze! Keep up the good work, it shows they care!!

We were not happy with the stay.
We were not happy with the stay. Everything seemed questionable. And when we reported we saw roaches the lady wasn’t too concerned. For the price we paid for it the room and hotel didn’t meet our expectations.

I liked why I went down there.
I liked why I went down there. I went down there to see my mom. I didn't like anything about the hotel. The bathroom is to small. I think they have bedbugs. I didn't see any but me and my husband were bit about 6 times by something we didn't see. The tv had like 10 channels. The phone didn't work in the first room. The bathtub was dirty. I used the toilet once and it was clogged. My husband tried to plunge it but it didn't work. So we had to call the front desk( from my phone) and get a different room.
We got our other room and the fridge was dirty. So was the microwave. The bathroom was a bit cleaner. That's the room me and my husband got bit. We had double beds. My husband got bit 3 times. He woke up, took a shower and came in bed with me. We both got bit the next night. They didn't have a phone in that room. We told the staff we were and they didn't care. We told the staff there wasn't a phone in that room. They just said oh. There was no coffee maker in any of the rooms. And when we checked out. I had to ask for a receipt.

Everyone was great especially the front desk staff
Everyone was great especially the front desk staff
He gave us recommendations for dinner that were spot on.
The only negative was the bathtub/shower - small and narrow with rounded up floor that made it extremely hard to not have to hang on to grab bar to not slip
First time traveling with our animals. Booked Birmingham location on 65, so we thought. We actually accidentally booked Birmingham-Pelham by mistake. We thought they could at least view our pet-friendly reservation. Turns out no and we had our animals pacing the desk during check-in. We left our room clean and only slept there 6 hours. To in turn get a deep cleaning charge of 185.00. We have contacted the hotel multiple times and have received no response from the hotel general manager.
Location location location. If you are going to a concert at Oak Mountain amphitheatre.....it is perfect. We walked to the concert and when it starting torrential raining.....we walked back to the hotel and changed....walked to Texas Roadhouse right behind the hotel ....then walked back to the concert with dry clothes and shoes. Also it was very clean plus the beds slept great. Could Uber cheap too but it was an easy walk for us.
The hotel is really good. They have everything you need inside the room: small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (or you can just boil water in that thing), coffee bags, shampoo, hair conditioner and even a body lotion. The room was clean, breakfast was good (many choices for adults and children). My 3 y.o. ate a lot that morning).
Upgrades going on, noisy but not a problem. Hotel staff was friendly, no problems during our stay. Excellent hot breakfast and plenty of clean, comfortable seating. Nice fireplace and TV in dining area. Hotel manager Cynthia was very friendly and made sure that we were comfortable.
Great room for the price. Very comfortable and accommodating.
Exceptionally clean for a Quality Inn, cleaner than higher rated hotels I've stayed at in the past.
I did not eat breakfast, but they seemed to have a good spread for those that did.
This hotel was spotless and we had a stunning water view. The staff upon checkin was very welcoming and helpful with recommendations for dinner. Loved that the parking was only $7 on this side of the river.
nothing, it is more of a roach motel than a hotel. booking.Com and Ramada both are falsely advertising this hotel and if I could give a negative score on a scale of 1-10 I’d be a -10
They are renovating this hotel,we stayed last year on way south. The people working there are very nice, there were some things not in good order, but as I say they are renovating.
reception staff were excellent. good location close to i65 for an overnight stop with a Starbucks and restaurants within walking distance and the hotel had its own pool.
