Santee is a stopping point for us when we are traveling. It has a great Pro shop and a really good Mexican Restaurant. I know that they have at least one golf course, but have never played it. Santee as a whole looks like a nice little town.

They discriminated against my service animal and the overnight desk lady is unprofessional and very unaware of such esa/service animals. They made me keep my service animal in the car or cancel my (non-refundable) room. The manager was understanding when I called but everyone who has service animals or esa for ptsd BE AWARE, because they will discriminate and take away your animals rights. Very sad because the hotel was alright excluding this.

My siblings ended up getting their refund as they paid cash and went to another hotel ! I stayed there due to my card being used for the room instead of cash!

Friendly caring staff. Facilities clean and well maintained. Greeted upon arrival and thanked for our patronage upon departure. We were also asked what they could have done to make our stay better. Asked us if there were any areas they could improve upon. Someone in this location cares about their business and reputation and it shows! Late night overnight front desk womam was great. The older lady that check us in was rude, condescending and horrible customer service rep. She makes you want to turn around and leave. Our room had cracks all through the ceiling, cheapo cover up. Tissue holder in bathroom was all rusty. Not the best linens on the bed.TerriSantaUnited States of America

Besides, in this hotel every room has a separate entrance from the street, and you're parking just 2 feet from your room, which is extremely convenient. The breakfast was very nice. I mean, if you like powdered omelet and standard hotel sausages - this is a very good breakfast, one of the best. The room had a relatively large fridge, and a microwave.
