Very happy our cats were able to join us. Additionally, the two bedroom suites were very spacious, each bedroom with it's own bathroom.

I did not see much of Glendale I only visited the Desert Diamond Arena
that was a very nice place and the surrounding area seemed upscale. There seemed to be plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues in the area I was in.

The room was not available.
The room was not available. I have a receipt from another hotel for that date. I showed up but they informed me it was not available. You canceled me, I paid over $100 to Premier Inns in Tolleson, AZ. I can send you copy of portfolio. Refund my money. I am elderly and disabled

Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6.
Are you asking about the City of Glendale or the Motel 6. City of Glendale looked a little tired. I was able to find a Golden Corral for dinner, which was fine. Downtown was kind of quaint, but the residential areas had seen better days. Motel 6 was also a little tired. It reminded me of a fortress.

The hotel is very convenient to the freeway and to shopping, including the outlet mall next door. There wasn't anything for us to enjoy in the entertainment district and our sporting events weren't at the football or hockey stadiums. Very convenient to Dodger/White Sox baseball games although their stadium parking was a nightmare.

This was the most run down, nasty place I have ever stayed.
This was the most run down, nasty place I have ever stayed. It was noisy with trains going by frequently, people talking loudly in the hallway, and doors slamming often. My brother and I did not feel safe there; it appeared to have drug trafficking goin on. People knocked on our door several times that night, we did not dare to answer. We had a relative pick us up and take us away as soon as they could get there in the very early morning. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever!

My son and i went for the Monster jam event, this hotel was walking distance to the stadium, walking distance to many different outlets, Across the street were many different restaurants to choose from and sports bars.
I liked the staff. They made one feel welcome. You felt free to ask questions. They were genuinely interested in why you needed to stay at their facility . Sometimes a reason for having to stay in a hotel is not for pleasure. We had an emergency, and they were very helpful in taking care of our needs. There was a free hot breakfast on top of all that. Much needed.hot breakfast. I would stay there again. Also I felt safe there which speaks volumes. Thank you.

The breakfast was great! It was provided by the restaurant on site. You need to get the coupons that are provided by the front desk when you check in. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly.
Friday/Saturday/ Sunday there is a shuttle bus that will take you to the outlet center.
Top Golf is right beside the hotel and is very entertaining.
Location. Place was quiet, yet in a lively location. Staff was very friendly even though they were very busy due lots of people checking in. Up front that house keeping staff were preparing/inspecting my room before I could check in. I would consider returning to this hotel on my annual or other future trips.
Great location. Plenty of food places nearby. Freeway is close. Plenty of parking. Room was a good size. Bathroom was bigger than most. Breakfast was a variety of items (eggs, sausage, Chorizos and ceral). Staff was very friendly. Check in/out was a breeze. Will definately stay here again
I loved the location. It was walking distance to the venue. The hotel was quiet which made it easy to rest. The beds were comfortable. The room overall was clean. The location of the hotel is in a good area and felt safe staying there.
I stayed at Aloft for the Taylor Swift concert weekend and it was perfect!!!! It was a short walk from State Farm Stadium and the room was so comfortable. I also loved the decor and vibe of the hotel.
The location of hotel was very convenient as everything (fast food, grocery, attractions, movie theaters concert arena) is within a 5 min drive from hotel! Even a Dennys and Culver’s right next door!
I arrived at the hotel very late but the reception desk was very warm to me. Even though I canceled my reservation for the next day. They still treated me with kindness. Very friendly!!!
The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay but would not stay near the entrance again
Pool was heated, was very nice. I loved the layout of the apartment. Very spacious bathroom. Getting in contact with staff was very easy. They responded promptly.
