This hotel was honestly a really disappointing experience. But I will start with the good- the shuttle worked great, the driver was nice and helpful and efficient and the front desk people were very nice and sweet.

The lobby staff was very nice and welcoming. The newer rooms are OK but keep in mind that many part of the hotel are currently going through renovation so may get some noise.
He scanned my ID and saved it. He charged me an extra fee for our dogs and made me pay in cash. The room smelled like pot. There was no luggage cart. He made me pay by credit card and then he asked me for my PIN number for my credit card. The room was dirty with lots of crud on the ground. The bathroom door had holes punched through it.

I have a real issue with properties that advertise pet friendly, but do not tell you there is a charge for pets until you get there. I also have a real issue with properties advertising a continental breakfast, and there was absolutely nothing to be had, not even a cup of coffee, I would never stay here again

Most HORRIBLE experience of my life in a hotel.
Most HORRIBLE experience of my life in a hotel. If you wanted to buy drugs, party with the "regulars", scream, yell, get cussed out and threatened by regulars, not have a working pool, not breakfast, NO COFFEE, be locked in all night scared to death to go out, afraid your auto will be demolished by morning, running to the car with your bags in the am to just get away, get no help from staff, if you like dirty rooms and afraid to take a shower because it was too dirty, be in a neighborhood where you are scared to show your face, get high on the pot smell in the hallways or in otherwords, get a preview of what hell is like, then this could be the place for you. My daughter's life was actually threatened in the parking lot when we arrived for trying to park. We had 2 ten yr old girls with us and this "person" was screaming out the most vile obscene words you can imagine and she was going in and out of the lobby with her other "regular" buddies who use this hotel as a pick up point for men and a place to sell drugs, and the staff did NOTHING !!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER- I MEAN EVER- GO HERE!!!!!!

The hotel was in a bad part of town I guess ( I didn't know anything about the area) and there were NO places to get anything to eat after we checked in - we did get there after 7 pm. The next morning wasn't much better as we had to drive several miles just to find coffee. To be honest we didn't stay long enough to decide if we liked the town or not.
Dirty. Mold. Full of DUST! Its definitely dated my bathtub and shower curtain was full of MOLD. Beds are uncomfortable had to go on a hunt for towels because I had none in my room, The one upside was actually the hotel breakfast nicely seasoned hard boiled eggs better than your basic scrambled miss Krystal does a great job with the breakfast! Do yourself a favor spend the extra money on something a little nicer
I like the location and where it was at was quiet and distant but the hotel should not be that much for what I paid for is high . Breakfast was okay but I expected it to be a little better because the last location was breakfast in bed and it was the same price and they breakfast area was nice and no one was watching you to see if you had anything already .
Nothing we did not like anything about this place it was the nastiest hotel I have ever been in my life. There was drugs prostitution gambling and drinking and parties until 3:30 in the morning. I told the front desk we would only stay the one night because it was so late But I still need my refund.
The hotel was convenient to Atlanta International airport and very near the highway. It was surprisingly quiet from airport and traffic noise. The check in staff accommodated needs (providing missing towels and "free" snacks when the vending machine took our money). The bed was comfortable.
Nothing. We were traveling from Alabama and need to a place to stay . So it was in our budget. So that’s what we picked. Just to get humiliated at the front desk. These hotels need to know what staff their having to to do customer service. Being rude will make you lose a lot of money
We loved everything. The owners were awesome. I would absolutely book again. I was hesitant about the cameras at first. But I understand why they have them. It's no different from if a person was to Stay at a hotel. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay
It seems as though they spent all of their money and the very large screen TVs and cable package....and not the room.
The TV was the best part of a $150 stay.
