It is a clean hotel located near several good restaurants. Very quiet location, away from the main road. It is also located near the Oklahoma border and near the Sunset Point and Eisenhower State Park and birthplace. It is also one of the few good hotels in Denison. The hotel also serves a decent breakfast every day. The rooms and the beds are very clean and comfortable. The room also have all the basic amenities like coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Overall good hotel to stay at in Denison.

Room was clean the day of arrival.
Room was clean the day of arrival. I asked for the room to be clean all 3 nights but house keeping never came. I had to ask the front desk for towels daily. Had to empty my trash and make bed each day. Even after I reminded the front desk to clean the room it was not done. Breakfast was pretty good for my guest but I’m vegetarian so there were no options for me which is common.Payton - 8.0Scored 8.0

Friendly , peaceful, home as a child. The lake, 20 minutes to Casinos in Oklahoma. Fishing,coffee at CJs w/ wonderful deserts. Sandwiches etc. Shrimp at cotton patch, Also lots of woods to forage .

North Lake Texoma is right within driving distance, and...
North Lake Texoma is right within driving distance, and there are several great restaurants, including Cotton Patch and The Jalapeno Tree. As our trips to Denison are to visit family, we really do not do much sightseeing. There are several parks and Lake Texoma and the dam to tour. We also enjoy the local restaurants (not national chains).

The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will likely stay here again the next time I visit Denison.
