Easy check in. Beds were very comfortable. Nice big bathroom. I only stayed for 1 night but it was a nice room to sleep in for the night. I'm not sure if the AC unit was working in the room I stayed in but I didn't need it. It appeared to be unplugged or non-functional. Coffee machine was broken and no coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was mini muffins.

It is an older property But I watch the staff every day doing some kind of cleaning and repairs when property upgrades would serve better. I was there while waiting on closings soy needs were minimal. Writing and reading on s warm place served me. The staff as a whole was quite quite kind. Thank You

We were in town for Yankee /Braves game.
We were in town for Yankee /Braves game. Hampton Inn was 3 miles away from the stadium. We enjoyed the hotel very much. The breakfast in the morning was good too. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The room was a huge disappointment.
The room was a huge disappointment. The head board was broken, lampon desk also broken. Draw in night stand wouldn't stay closed, shower head hanging out of the wall. Door handle on bathroom broken and door would close right, also stains on the sheets and the chair in the room was very nasty. Definitely not worth the price I paid and pictures were very deceiving. The hallwsy was dirty and literally had chicken bones in the elevator floor.

The establishment was poorly kept. None of the room keys worked. On our first night our key was taken away and we were instructed to contact the front desk to be let into our room for the remainder of our stay. Each time we had to wait outside the room, while a prostitute that was operating out of the room above us solicited us and asked us for drugs.
No not go there! It is a huge slum.I had the Police called on me TWICE because my payment did not reach the hotel.I was put out on the street even though I had receipts! I need my money back from Booking com! It was horrific experience.I paid twice thinking the issue was resolved,but still was excited off the property by the Police. I have online receipts and paper receipts!
We discovered there was a non-working phone when we arrived. We called the front desk immediately. The gentleman sent to repair it was very courteous and prompt. He also made sure we got the extra towels we requested. It was also located near the quaint town of Marietta with nice shops, great eateries, and a very walkable square.
In a few words I will say that in this hotel the customer service is terrible. the rooms had cockroaches, beds not changed, the bathroom was dirty with hair, I decided not to stay and request my money back and it's been 2 weeks and they simply don't respond, they haven't returned my money... this hotel is a fraud, a crap hotel
I loved the breakfast. Facility was clean. Rooms were very clean. Beds were clean. Staff seemed nice. My daughter was able to work online but needed a chair to sit on. When we first arrived, we noticed a chair was not at the desk. I informed front desk and a chair was brought to us. Hotel was close to restaurants as well.
The hotel is being renovated as well as the breakfast area. The set up will be very nice once all is finished. Variety of breakfast items: waffles, yoghurt, muffins, juices, chips... choices of different coffees. Self Service.
The recognition wasn't defrost or clean and I stayed in a room where the hotel clerk had to come and unlock the door if I had to go out. No working ice machine in the entire hotel.I didn't enjoy my stay.

Very clean new property in excellent location. Front desk lobby staff suggested Marietta Diner not far from hotel when we inquired about nearby dining. Truly an amazing experience and most appreciated suggestion.
The room was fine. Parking was plentiful and easy. Getting there during 'happy hour' was a definite bonus. We did not have to go out for dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Well run hotel.
It was nice that they allowed dogs in hotel for my vacation. Allowed extended stay for good price. Friendly customer service during extended stay at front desk.
