My name is Charles Wallace, and I am an executive with Loan Depot. My experience with other Hotels/Motels have been questionable at best.
Most importantly, I can truly say the manager Zorah Williams and her staff provide Five Star services at every level, I truly recommend every executive, and non executive person to test my experience with this establishment. In conclusion, the address to this "Great Hotel" is listed below...

It's a nothing city.
It's a nothing city. You're better off spending a little more money to either stay in Riverside, Redlands, or even Ontario. There are no attractions in Colton and nothing to see. You would have more fun watching paint dry in the can in the desert than being in Colton.

This was our first time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and the first time we stayed in Colton. We found the accommodations to be quite comfortable, more than expected. We were glad with our decision to stay with Holiday Inn Express in Colton. The hotel staff is friendly and the room was very comfortable, well arranged, and spacious.

We would absolutely stay here again.
We would absolutely stay here again. The wait staff was excellent and friendly and kept the breakfast well supplied. The cleaning service was very friendly and accommodating. It felt amazing to return to our room after a very long day and find a perfectly clean room! Our stay was perfect and can't stress enough how wonderful it felt to return to a deliciously clean room. The beds were super comfortable!
Very nice property, with a hidden tucked away feel. For Southern California that's nearly impossible. Felt very safe and secure. Room was very spacious and extremely clean. In fact one of the cleanest rooms that I've stayed in a very long time. First thing I do upon entering my room,I try to find something, anything wrong with the room. I'm a former executive housekeeper; maintenance manager for Holiday Inn suites. So I know where, and what to look for. Extremely impressed and will be a returning guest.
Hotel staff was very nice and accommodating, gave us extra towels and bedding whenever we asked. The hotel was quiet for the most part with lots of parking and different side entrances for easier transport of bags to elevator. Big space with a kitchen area. Breakfast was available but grocery store, starbucks and other restaurants were close by to walk to.
Nice hot breakfast but the menu changed everyday. This hotel was the only one in the area with both the pool and jacuzzi open, that’s the main reason I stayed here. Jacuzzi could have been a little hotter though. Overall it was a pretty good experience. The facility was overall clean and nice.
I honestly prefer the Colton Inn to expensive so called luxury hotels. The staff and management are amazing and respectful, and the place is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The rooms are nice. There is ample parking, the in room fridge and microwave are always clean and working.
Great Customer Service Rep, our request for early check-in accommodations needs was met, friendly staff, very well kept and clean property and breakfast was included. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn Express my family and I will most definitely be coming back.
I chose this hotel for the free breakfast, which did not disappoint. The area was well stocked and very clean. The location was as perfect as one could get. The location was close to the highway but still very quiet at night. There was ample parking, which was wonderful.
The free breakfast is excellent. My family loved all the facilites at this hotel: the gym, the pool, and the hot tub. The rooms are well equipped with mini refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave.
By no means is this a high end hotel. However, the people are so nice and it is so clean that I would rather be here than in some of the way more expensive hotels in this area!
Staff is easy going. Breakfast is very nice. Housekeeping is not pushy like some other hotels in this area. Cleaner even though it's a big hotel. Great job. Keep it up.
