Desk clerk very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok the juice my was out of order and didn’t have any bagels, disappointed. The room was ok. Bed was comfy after being on road for 14 hrs. Bathroom wasn’t clean enough for me. I own a cleaning co. So I’m somewhat particular. Shower was dirty and with dirt built up on walls and floor. Commode was dirty on the bottom near the floor. Room needed an overall scrubbing to make it worth 128.00. Over priced

Being stuck upstairs was done by an emplyee who I feel who had no interest in making my stay a pleasant one. On top of that, construction was going on upstairs so it didn't make for a pleasant stay

Fair price. I've been in better & worse for the cost. Friendly staff, room was clean. Microwave needs to be replaced. It was a bug free, clean room. Plenty of hot water. My wife & I felt safe.

I liked the setting, I liked the atmosphere. dining was limited with most quality eats closed during a holiday. The Hamilton KFC was a bust very slow service one drive through customer waited over 40 minutes and still didn't get what she ordered. three employees none of them cared anything about service or the business they were employed by, The girl taking to go orders spent most of her time on her phone with her boyfriend

The staff was really helpful and understanding. Fridge was provided in the room. They do allow pets and have a designated pet area where most places do not. I would not hesitate to book a room here again. For the rate and the pets being allowed you can’t get much better.

We go here at least twice a year and they go over and beyond when you have a need. They even let our group swim at 11pm past pool hours. Rooms aren’t like a 5 star hotel but they keep them clean and tidy. If you have an issue just let them know and they will help!MeganUnited States of America
