Love Hartsville! Been visiting since the late 80’s.

Love Hartsville! Been visiting since the late 80’s. Currently would avoid the Fairfield Inn. Under renovations and in dire need of new beds! Love the small shops in Downtown and people are so friendly

    Pool was closed again?

Pool was closed again? Third time I visited months apart and pool has been closed. Only disappointment . Lots of cute shops and restaurants walking distance from hotel. In evening it seems a little unsafe a few blocks down but most very cute area. We ate a very good bbq place with excellent service and nice walk to near by park with bench swings to enjoy.

    Hartsville is my home town.

Hartsville is my home town. I was amazed by the progress it has made since my childhood days. It is truly quite a quaint small college town now.Love strolling along the streets of the downtown area. It is amazingly different from my painful rememberance of a segregated past.

Hartsville is a friendly family town.

Hartsville is a friendly family town. It’s very nice if you are uptown. People are nice and invite you right in! Families are big on sports. To get around town you can get a can or ride the scooters. But I think it’s a nice place to take a walk! Enjoy food from the Sonic or the cookout or if you looking for a good steak house check out Shugs.

A nice small city with lots of places to eat. I wasn't there on vacation I was looking for a winter home. I could live there NO SNOW! People seem friendly and being winter I didn't get to enjoy the new '16 water park not too far away.

Hartsville is a small town full of people with big, beautiful hearts. While visiting this wonderful place, make sure that you check out a family owned and run eatery known as Ruth’s Dinner. You’ll be glad you did!

Location, bang in the centre of Hartsville, could not be more perfect. We arrived early for our room and the staff went out of their way to let us check in early. Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom a nice big size. Breakfast was very good self service with everything you would expect. We did not leave hungry.

It’s a nice clean hotel and close to shopping and restaurants- the price hike of the room was a shocker but given it was Labor Day weekend and there weren’t any other hotels to book into we had to make do. The room price was almost double what it typically is. $739 for a queen room for two nights.

Wonderful host who thought of everything. Very comfortable and large bedroom; delicious fresh fruit bowl with drizzle of honey for breakfast - there are other options - all prepared by the owner (a former chef); great location in Hartsville. I highly recommend this lovely B&B!

The hotel is well located, clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. There is also a good choice for breakfast and even though I didn't use it there was a small but sufficient gym available.

There was no breakfast at this location. Didn’t learn until day 2 that one could go to The Hampton Inn, show their key card & have the complimentary breakfast at no charge.
