We were in town for a wedding and the wedding venue...
We were in town for a wedding and the wedding venue recommended this hotel due to location. We checked in and immediately left for a welcome dinner. We went to bed when we got back and when we woke up in the morning we learned our room had roaches. My husband found one in the tub and we then saw them crawling in my daughter's shoes and on our suitcases!! When I notified staff the manager on duty, Derek (I think) was exceptional! He offered to immediately refund our money and cancelled the next night's stay. Since we booked through booking.com he walked us through the process to get them to assist with the refund. The refund and cancelation were processed within the week.

The staff was great and very thoughtful and helpful. Also liked how well prepared you were in making necessary adjustments for ongoing and ever changing pandemic crisis. You put out bag breakfast and lunches for all your hotel guest because you could not provide cook meals at the time because of the pandemic. Just an overall outstanding job.
There is nothing to like this facility is like staying in a crack head hotel. The staff is rude. Front desk is not willing to help the room was filthy and had roaches. The floor didn’t appear vacuumed. Choice needs to remove their brand name from this hotel!
Good location for my weekend's activities. Plenty of restaurants close by. Best night's sleep I've had in a motel bed in a very long time. For being next to a somewhat major road, did not hear the sounds of traffic that much.
Edward the supervisor is the best..He makes that hotel, and everyone is so kind. I thank him for choosing such nice staff. I come to this hotel everytime,

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room, but when cooking was being prepared the venting was probably not working properly because there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby.
The evening manager was beyond great. He provided resort level customer service and attention. The hotel needs to be updated but the stay was comfortable.
