I book a room with this place on line and paid with my debit card total paid. When I arrived they told me that I had to pay more before getting my room. Told me it was another 60 dollars which I would get back after check out. But I had traveled all day paid ahead of time. To be refused a room when I got there. I didn't have a extra 60 dollars. I had to walk away because the clerk threatened to call the police because I am upset about money I paid and not getting what I paid ahead for. This is robbery. And fraud not good business. They refused to return my money or give me and proof that I didn't stay there so that u can persue the return of my money. Now I have to file a police report because they stole my money and I never reserved what I paid for. If there was extra charged it should have been added to my total amount before my debit card went through. I will proceed to file complaint with Cabot police department . I will call the attorney generals office and any and all other offices that I can to help me resolve the stealing of people bank account money. This is done to take people money not giving it back and clerk refusing to dissolve it. They run out of call police

A perfect stop while traveling from Seattle back to my home...

A perfect stop while traveling from Seattle back to my home in Key West. I'd just driven out of the icy rain and freezing windshields of a winter front, and the room was cozy and clean. No room service, but there's a Waffle House and delightful Mexican restaurant across the street (walkable) and a Walmart hidden from sight by the large hotel across the parking lot. When traveling, I like to stop where my car is parked at the door to my room, and easily viewed from my window. That's what I had here; a well lit view of my car, which was pretty crammed with travel-related gear. I The location felt safe. I'd driven 1376 miles since my last stop,at a hotel, and I stayed an extra day to feel fully rested. Then, though it wasn't my original plan, I drove 1345 miles more to my home without a further stop. Normally I consider 500 miles a day to be a good day's drive, but this worked. So glad I found Lonoke Economy Inn. A creative exterior paint job would really perk up the place; perhaps they could consult with whoever did the interior at the Mexican restaurant! This inn is not lovely, but it had the best fridge I've encountered this trip and the microwave and other facilities met all my needs.

The gentleman at Check-in counter was welcoming that made the check-in process smooth. The room assigned to us was of average size, clean and had enough linens, blankets, and pillows for our group of 4. We were happy to see that the room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was very well presented and had enough variety. In fact, I commented to the staff at breakfast room that breakfast was very satisfactory.

The town square area had pretty historic buildings and some quaint shops one we stopped at for homemade desserts and soups etc was the Cozy Nook. The Grumpy Rabbit had very good food! We ordered Ribeye steak and I had a pork chop. Both were excellent!

No breakfast at this location, but there's a waffle house across the street, also a great Mexican restaurant (wholesome and colorful decor, great food.) Park in front of your unit. Best motel fridge I've ever had: large, clean, and the freezer actually has the door! Microwave is available, and a Walmart is on the other side of the hotel across the lot. Personnel are courteous and available at the ring of a bell. King bed has 3 pillows, heater had me cozy during the icy rain storm. An incredible value for the price.

Kudos to Brandy - excellent service during breakfast hours on Saturday morning. Service with a smile and taking care of details, Thank you Brandy! Room was very clean, hot water was ample for my bath, and quiet during night time hours. Lots of occupants in the hotel, but I didn't hear them. Breakfast items were great choices, and ready for hotel guests on time. Hotel was actually larger than I expected....great value for our last night of vacation.

I've stayed in almost every hotel in Lonoke Arkansas, and Days Inn has exceeded my expectations. The beds were super comfortable (my body would hurt every morning at other hotels in the area but not at Days Inn) and customers service at check in was exceptional. Breakfast was also great and coffee too. This would be my go to Hotel everytime I go visit my dad.
