The staff was very professional and helpful. I was slow finding my card key to enter the front door, but the third shift clerk was always one step ahead with a friendly smile or a kind word. My stay here was comfortable and I will definitely recommend to others. I would definitely book here again in the future if I'm seeking a clean, friendly, safe room in Greenville. Thanks for making my birthday weekend memorable.

My husband and I enjoyed our short trip to Greenville.
My husband and I enjoyed our short trip to Greenville. One of the highlights was going to see The Falls. The Falls are absolutely beautiful and filled with geese and ducks! Sat on a bench and soaked up some sun.
Continued our walk and came upon a cute little bistro called Passerelle Bistro. It was a lovely day, so we sat outside and had lunch. You must have one of their croissants. They make them in the restaurant. OH MY! Melt in your mouth.
Truly a lovely afternoon.

It was a beautiful and well planned city.
It was a beautiful and well planned city. We enjoyed good food and we really enjoyed walking around the park. We also drove to Travelers Rest and did some trail hiking. Greenville is a very walkable city. Need car of course to go to Travelers Rest and surrounding areas. Lots of beautiful scenery when driving to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Downtown Greenville is a wonderful destination.
Downtown Greenville is a wonderful destination. We live in the area so only stayed one night and stayed at this beautiful hotel the entire time. We ate dinner at Between the Trees and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor deck and sunshine before dinner and the cozy bar and fireplace after dinner. The hotel is in a great area with easy walking access to Falls Park and main street which has many bars and restaurants. Greenville is a great getaway for a weekend or a week and the Grand Bohemian Lodge is the icing on the cake!

We were only here overnight for our 50th wedding anniversary. It was a little rainy so we didn't walk as much as we would have had it not rained. The Hyatt Regency was in a great location. Our room was upgraded to a Suite for our anniversary!!!! And, a bottle of champagne was delivered to our room. The staff was great. We ate dinner at Sassafras Southern Bistro and it was so delicious. We will be back for sure!

Visited for a show and had a lovely weekend with plenty of food options and things being within a close proximity to where we stayed. Stopped at the Marble Slab Creamery in town too and it was delicious. Would recommend a visit if you're in the area.

I loved all of Greenville.
I loved all of Greenville. We went to a couple of places on the outskirts. Poinsettia Bridge and Campbell’s Covered bridge. Loved Reedy Falls (so beautiful). We walked on the cancer walk trail and did some trails behind the falls. So much to do if you take your time and look around. Great place to stay. ❤️
Front desk clerk was very nice. Our room was clean. I requested extra towels and they followed through with the request. The beds were comfortable too. I like a really dark room and the blinds actually covered the window so not much outside light came through. The ac unit worked well. The room had the typical hotel smell, but not like the other reviews say. I burned a candle only for the aromatherapy aspect. I will be staying here the next time we come to Greenville.
This is an unusual Hotel concept: it‘s a flat in a residential home, so it gives you plenty of space and a kitchen with equipment. The remote Concierge works fine, response time via e-Mail is short. We got what we needed. We enjoyed the stay that week. Short walking distance to Greenville Downtown, nice pool area and we got free firework since the baseballfield is the neighbor. So perfect for everybody who wants space and does not need every day housekeeping.
Great location downtown easy walk to shops and restaurants! The hotel bar and restaurant were good. We enjoyed Sunday brunch it was pricey but food was really good. The staff was friendly and welcoming! We forgot our umbrella and the front staff loaned us 2 to use while going out to dinner. Parking garage or valet parking available. In room breakfast available at cost we did not use but nice to have that option
The property was clean. The staff was kind. (The ladies who set up breakfast were especially nice.) The location is very well suited to the nicely restored areas downtown and numerous restaurants. The price point is appropriate for this type of hotel.
I grew up in Greenville. It is really nice to see how the area has attracted new investments.
Great value for the price. Good location, clean and comfortable room, daily housekeeping, good breakfast in a very nice setting. Bonus points for the elevator location right inside the entrance and the whole hotel smells sooo good! We’ll definitely stay here on our next trip to Greenville
Beautiful property. It really is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms have lovely high ceilings and finishes. The shower was amazing and we had beautiful view of the river. It is a memorable place to stay especially for your location to downtown and the falls themselves. Worth staying at.
I got there to check in and was informed that the hotel over, but I did not have a room, and I was not offered any sort of compensation or even a suggestion for a place to stay. Greenville was completely booked for the weekend.
The staff is always professional from the valets to the front desk staff. I always feel secure when visiting Greenville. I love the fact that my furbabies enjoy the hotel as well. Thanks for welcoming pets to your hotel.
Excellent location within Greenville, easy walk to anything on or near Main Street downtown. Italian restaurant on site offering room service delivery. Use of in condo washer / dryer was a big plus while traveling.
Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. Attentive staff at all times was surprising. Soundproofing of the property was great…never heard the elevator or other guests.
The Room was excellent 👌! We had a great view with a balcony! The breakfast is awesome with plenty of options to chose from! The restaurants at the hotel are delicious!
The location of the hotel made it easy to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit during our stay in Greenville. The staff was very nice and helpful.
