Laughlin is a great place for beautiful nature and safe hiking. A mix of mountains and the Colorado River make the riverwalk a must for vacationers.
The Pioneer restaurant offers a Saturday and Sunday morning breakfast buffet that was wonderful during my most recent visit. It may seem pricey at $28 but the mixture of egg omelette, french toast, ravioli and cold unpeeled delicious shrimp filled me up for the day! If you leave this buffet hungry it isn't the restaurant (Blueberry Flats) management fault.

Bring Fido with Booking.com did not accurately represents what we experienced!
Would to be refunded with spending one night out of two that we booked.
Many reasons what we end up with a horrible experience.
From Golden nugget not providing deluxe room we chosen at Booking.com/Bring Fido. We got a much smaller room “deluxe room not for pets”. Hello!! We had chosen a deluxe room to be comfortable as described on Booking.com/Bring Fido. After driving for 6+hours to get there for “a great vacation stay with our 10 lb. cockapoo Muppet we were to tired and took room give.Ended up with a bad stay. From pet relief area and walkway around facility very unattended full of old poop 💩.
Many restaurants closed. Some one tried to break in during the night and the mediocre room given was hunted several members and my self saw a dark shadow….🫣😳😱😬😫😤 We absolutely left next morning after notified staff.
Please Booking.Com/Bring Fido we would like a refund for this really bad experience!!!! Our vacation ruined 😡

Laughlin used to be extremely busy with lots of snowbirds and people, however Laughlin must be changing or those of us old folks are staying home. The Tropicana was virtually dead! Hardly any people there. We did wonder on down to the Aquarius and the Golden Nugget and those casinos seemed to be much busier. I know that Tropicana is not on the river and perhaps that is the draw but even then, it did not account for the lack of people.
The shopping mall is also a ghost town. There was once a huge crowd shopping for the holidays but now there is about one-third of the stores open and if there were 50 people in total shopping, that is stretching it.

Laughlin is a great place to stay whilst you explore that greater area. Close to Route 66. RIGHT on the Colorado River, some rooms with river view. You could stay four nights and go on a day trip in three different directions to explore and enjoy the area. Or rent a Jet Ski or go on a boat trip. Also plenty of bars and restaurants in the Casino’s. It’s more than Casino though, much more. Sometimes we never even set foot in the casino except to check in.

The people of laughlin were mostly friendly.
The people of laughlin were mostly friendly. We rode the water taxi (not worth the $25/person/day) one time, and decided to skip that. We stayed at Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort and I wouldn't stay there again. While I didn't see the rooms in the Edgewater, it was the cleanest of the casinos. We came for the Tim McGraw concert, and the laughlin event center is a great place to see a concert. It's a smaller venue so you have a good view no matter where you sit. Harrah's is too far to walk, so we drove there. They say Laughlin is "poor man's Vegas" and, well... it shows. It was a one-time adventure for us.

Stayed in two casinos over the course of 8 days the Golden Nugget that I left for last to spend the weekend was so sad the room and casino was the worst experience ever. Food at claim jumper and Bubba gumps was delicious.
WiFi was free & works better than at many Vegas hotels I stay at. This is a *very* basic hotel where it is ALL about convenience, low cost & location. The people at the check in/out counter are always nice & professional. I stay here because there is no resort fee (unless I guess you use the pool or riverfront beach area ?), neither of which I have any interest in. ALL 'resort fee' hotels should itemize usage that way. One of these years, the excessive resort fees at other hotels will keep people from coming.
This hotel is an ecologic catastrophe in the middle of desert. As we've arrived at 8 pm, the temperature outside was 43°C. Everything inside was air conditioned, otherwise it wouldn't be possible to stay there. As an European, I don't really get it. We chose the hotel as it was convenient to stay there on the way from LA to Grand Canyon, otherwise I would never get the idea to spend there voluntarily more than a night while traveling through Laughlin somewhere else...
very nice hotel, people at the reception were nice, the king bed was awesome (even if the furniture is a little bit old), but i would absolutely reccomend this hotel, which is even cheap.
Warner Bros studios: the tour is very interesting, and our guide asked us if we wanted to see particular locations, we stepped into the real tv studios and we had a great time. The tour ends with a part in which you're free to see different parts of tv sets recreated.
I had a trouble with my reservation becouse of a mistake OF MINE. At the desk mister Justin helped me with kindness and professionalism, he solved my problem and saved my stay. The hotel had nice rooms, some restaurants, cinema, slot machines, games room, amazing pools and a wonderful beach on the river where you can swim....
While the hotel is dated... the staff more than made up for it. We enjoyed meals at Bubba Gumps and The Claim Jumper and our wait staff was more than attentive. We also utilized the valet servive and our valet (same gentleman at check in/check out), was super friendly and efficient.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were there for a concert and the hotel provided bus service to and from the venue. Awesome! Loved the food and drinks at Guy Fieri’s El Burro Borracho. The Horchata margaritas were delicious!
We stayed at the Golden Nugget to attend a concert. We had a great trip and the facility and staff were great. We will use this Hotel as our go to place when we go to Laughlin, in the future.
The private beach was amazing. Our suite was huge I enjoyed having a TV in every room. We had a partial river view. Having food open late in the hotel was also extremely convenient.
Well, it is a Casino hotel. For us it was good for one night. There are possibilities to get food and supplies nearby. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
everything i’ve tried a few other hotels. won’t say names. Tropicana has been the BEST. last three times i’ve been to laughlin tropicanas been the place
