We stayed in Millington but spent our free time in Memphis. Memphis was great and I would recommend the Lorraine Motel (MLK's assassination site) as a must see. The area where the hotel is located is decent; however, this hotel is under construction, the air conditioning unit smell moldy. You know mold have been known to kill. The housekeeping staff needs training in how to clean. If one can't for the job, such as vacuum, sweep, dust, mop, and actually clean the bathrooms, put two people per room and let them tackle them together. Just a thought.

While both of our rooms were clean, the carpets inside the rooms was stained (presumably, from past use, but importantly, they were clean).
