From walking around the vineyards in the morning to the very flavorful fresh eggs, this is a unique and really fun spot near Paso Robles. The balcony view is great…watching acorn woodpeckers and numerous other birds dart around while drinking your coffee was a lovely way to start each day. Staff were incredible, taking the time to talk about the animals, and answering our questions about feeding and everything else. Beds were comfortable and the space is larger than expected.

It feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere, but there is a Trader Joe's about five minutes away. There are two very good places for breakfast in Templeton, "Amy and Jaime's Place," and "Kitchenette." The ranch itself is 30 acres, and you can walk all over the property, which is lovely. There are large friendly dogs, a cat, chickens, a goose, alpacas, a goat, and of course, a zebra. It's a very serene place to get away for a few days.If

Booked it pretty much accidentally since it was cheaper than most of the hotels on our road trip from LA to San Fran. A beautiful beautiful house in the middle of nowhere that I didn’t even wanna leave and wanted to just stay there and chill forever. Honestly regretted booking it just for the weekend.
