The rooms might be good if you don’t have a pet, but their pet room smells really bad. Breakfast is ok if you like waffles. The rest was awful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! We’ve stayed at great hotels all along our 4,000 mile road trip, but this was not one of them.

I am in a wheelchair and have to take medical equipment with me. When I finally got the horrible luggage carrier (Did not want to roll) to the third floor, I discovered they had put me in a very small room that my wheelchair could not even get past the hall instead of the suite that I had booked and paid for. Finally got that straightened out. Getting the elevator was difficult due to the construction workers and the housekeepers using the only elevator. The suite they put me in had a hole in one of the walls. The light over the sofa did not work due to no bulbs in the fixture. The one and only plug in the bathroom did not work even after trying to reset it several times.
