Conover is a nice town with a good deal to do.
Conover is a nice town with a good deal to do. The speedway is close and a good experience, and the town has a good deal of excellent restaurants close by. Conover is a good middle ground from which to branch out. Lake Norman is 30 min away one direction and Lake James 40 min the other. It’s also not too far from Statesville. Enjoyed my stay in Conover immensely!

The info on the internet is TOTALLY INACCURATE ! IF I would have known it was a place that offered NOTHING but a room, I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE ! NO BREAKFAST, EVEN THOUGH THE WEBSITE AND SIGN OUT FRONT says Hot breakfast as well as a pool, EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS " POOL OPEN " ! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED with the whole experience, And the man at the front desk when I went to talk to him, Just walked away without saying a word and if that wasn't enough the man with glasses was more rude and didn't listen to anything I had to say. Just kept saying talk to the website, I'M STANDING HERE TALKING TO YOU ! Don't blame an inaccurate website, Take ownership and be responsible and professional, Try something new for yourself ?

The website is deceiving. The bathroom was too small.
The website is deceiving. The bathroom was too small. Was scared to take a bath, might get athletes foot. Bedspread has cigarettes burn holes. Toilet constantly runs if you don’t shake the handle. The sign says newly renovated, but I can’t tell. Just because you add a nice flatscreen tv doesn’t make it a new remodel. Door entrance needs wd40.ReginaUnited States of America
