The room is very clean, bed is clean and comfortsble. Air quality in the room is natual fresh, clean smell. No artificial air fresner smell. All amenities as described. The staff members are courteous and helpful. The parking area are well lighting, gives the safe environment. Location is good to all restaurants and gas stations, which is convienen for travelers. The price is excellent.

Lots of road construction, on a budget this trip, passing through, I think the towels were not washed properly as I had this distinct smell on my hands afterwards, next time I would rather pay more for a better hotel.

The room was nice. The bathroom was a little small with only a shower, but it suited our needs. The complimentary breakfast was not so great. Unless I got there late, there was no meat or eggs, but there was plenty of cereal, bagels, and things along that line. I just wanted to comment about there being no elevator to the upper floors. We had a small suitcase and a few other things and it was very hard for us to carry it up. Because we stayed for two nights, we were handed $100 in vouchers to be used at the downtown shops and restaurants. This was amazing! We loved the benches and tables/chairs along Broad St., the trails through Broad Leaf Slopes Park nearby and the Waterfront Trail in nearby Norman Lake State Park.

We loved the bar and restaurant on site, a bonus after a long day of driving. The food was excellent and the staff were outstanding and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was great and starts at 6.30 am so we were on the road again on time. Next time we can take our pup for a $20 fee..pleased to hear this too! We will definately stay here again..highly recommend!!
