I truly enjoyed the location of this hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. This establishment needs to replace the pillows in the rooms, they were extremely worn out. The floors could use a thorough mopping in several locations. Maintenance needed for the overall upkeep of the hotel.

Was staying in Cary to visit family so did not get to see the city itself but did enjoy excellent dinning while there. Our hotel was perfectly located within walking distance of several restaurants, and it was just a few minutes' drive to others and shopping.

We had little involvement with Cary as a tourist.
We had little involvement with Cary as a tourist. We were there to help with a family house move. There are plenty of restaurants and stores, though, by design, they're often concealed from the streets by trees. Navigation by car around Cary is, in my opinion, totally impossible for a stranger without a GPS. The road layout looks like a spider web. (Circles, spokes, blind curves, lots of lane shifts.) Stay out of the way during rush hours. They're fast.

Location good next to a small center with Starbucks and a few restaurants. A walking trail nearby.
Service is very bad. Seven days at the hotel and the room was cleaned only once! Minimal attention to guest. No refreshments or any lobby snacks
Very disappointing

It had a great location to get to the State Fairgrounds where the Body, Mind, Spirit Celebration was held. There were no major highways, just a few lights in 9 minutes both days. Cary is a lovely place with many good restaurants, manicured verges, tall trees and flowers. You can tell there's pride in ownership there. Felt safe and well cared for at the Holiday Inn.
I loved all the conveniences that were comparably priced, dinner and lunch meals. I didn't have to leave the hotel to get a good meal. I especially liked the Omelet Station and all the other hot food options that were included in the free breakfast. The grits was superb! Friendly accomodating staff at the front desk, servers and addtional facilities staff we encountered were great! I hope I can find the same degree of satisfaction at another Hilton Embassy Suites in another city when I travel.
Staff who checked us in was cheerful & polite. Asked if we'd stayed before & pointed out some helpful areas of the hotel, as well as mentioning breakfast times. The room was spacious and clean. Coffee was always hot & fresh! Ample parking, walking distance to a great restaurant, and a quick drive to Walmart, other shops/food options. Near main roads and interstate.
It was very noisy all night. In the morning at 8:30, when I was trying to sleep, the cleaning lady started knocking hard on my door for several minutes, and when I got dressed and left the room, she simply asked when I was going to leave. This incident spoiled my entire vacation and impression of the hotel.
Thank you. I appreciate this.
The room has a good size, meant for a small family (2 person bed of course), with small kitchen, fridge and freezer, bathroom and toilet around the corner are really nice. A small couch to sit on, as well, with a TV and the internet is usable, which is good. Pool area is usable, when the hotel is full I guess there would be space issues.
second time visiting this hotel. very friendly staff. nice location and convenient short drive to NC State and Cary which there is a very nice shopping area. Breakfast is served in the morning and is not bad for a quick breakfast before you go. I will stay here again in the fall when we bring our daughter back to college.
Convenient facility for a business trip, with nice à la carte breakfast, clean and spacious rooms and a lively lobby. Swimming pool, gym and a fire place outside on the terrace. First restaurant, sports bar and a target just nearby. Friendly helpful staff.
The room was in excellent condition. Gerardo, who worked the front desk counter, provided exceptional customer service to me when I checked in. I found him to be approachable, engaging and eager to make my stay at the hotel enjoyable.
The house is in a great neighborhood and location in Cary. It was clean and comfortable. However, the house sits high off the street. Anyone with limited mobility wouldn't be able to navigate the steps.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and efficient, a welcome change from other hotels we've stayed in over the past year. The Bistro is a great place for breakfast, or late night snacking.
Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel was clean. My only complaint is that the room was not cleaned while I was there. (5 days). I needed to go to the desk to replenish the towels.
