We were here to visit friends in Kingston, TN and the location was perfect. We were planning to stay in Knoxville but the rates have gotten quite high and we weren't going to be at the hotel alot. The rate waa very affordable and the facility was very nice, clean, and friendly. The breakfast offered many.options hot or cold and the staff did a wonderful job.

Harriman is a lovely town that is undergoing a revitalization and renovation. Many new shops and restaurants are open or are in the process of opening. With the Obed river right down the road, this is a sweet little town to use as home base for a weekend of kayaking.

    The room needed updating.

The room needed updating. Bathtub was backing up when showering. Spiders in room. Offer new room next night. No Tv remote could not find one. Was told to leave if was not satisfied.. Check in to another hotel on second night. Travelodge/Baymont has not returned my money.

It is a nice small town with country charm. Everyone we talked to were friendly and helpful. Had a nice city park that had some walking trails that we enjoyed. There are nice restaurants near the hotels that we enjoyed dinner. Enjoyed our stay there.

We got in at 1am ish. We had kids and we were exhausted. Every hotel between Nashville and Knoxville was full. So this was our last resort. First thing I noticed was one of the beds were made but looked like it had the blankets just thrown on. The soaps were opened, toilet seat up. I always check for bed bugs everywhere we go. Didn’t see any, but I can tell you I have bug bites all over me. We stayed 5 hours and got out. The smell in the room was disgusting.

This was probably the nicest hotel stay we have had. The hotel was exceptionally clean, neat, up to date. Bed was comfortable. Staff were so very helpful. The price was more than reasonable. Breakfast was good with many choices. I would recommend this hotel over and over again!

Vagrant living in the parking lot - loud trains rolling by several times. Dog poop on the walkway in front of my room. Staff was friendly enough but this should have been a $30 hotel room not an $80 hotel room. I felt like I needed to take a shower after I took a shower.

Friendly professional staff, cleanliness, and setting. The breakfast presentation and cleanliness was a step ahead of all other places and I had Been on the road for over a month staying at different hotels.

Nothing. It was a pit. How can the Wyndham Hotel chain attach their name to such slovenly places?
