Wonderful parks.
Wonderful parks. Plenty of choice restaurants (Shogun on Mall Loop Road). Fast food and shopping locations easy to access. Traffic was good. People were helpful and friendly. Many couples walking furry children

There are lots of restaurants and places to shop. There are a couple of trails to walk. One takes you into the woods and around their river. Easy to get off and on the highway. Lots of friendly and amazing customer service. Mojo's restaurant is a must stop.

I asked for a ground floor room when I arrived at 2pm.
I asked for a ground floor room when I arrived at 2pm. I was told I could not check in until 3pm but could get a ground floor room then. I said I would be back later to check-in. When I came back I was told my room was on the 3rd floor & the elevator was broken. My husband cannot do stairs. Eventually we were given a ground floor room but it took quite a long while to get us checked in. I also did not think the food selection was very good. Doubt I would recommend this one & probably will pay a little extra & stat somewhere else next time.

Staff is clearly overworked with front desk employee also cleaning the pool and keeping all beverages stocked. Tends to be somewhat short with guests though somewhat understandable with multiple duties to be attending to. Still, courtesy to guests should be a priority.
