It was the worst place I've ever stayed in.

It was the worst place I've ever stayed in. The front desk person was rude, I called to tell him the bed was as hard as concrete he said all beds are the same. Well upon moving to the other bed in the room it was much better. Slept ok. Upon getting up in the morning, I went to shower and noticed the sink from last night didn't drain. So wiggled the plug part and it still drained slowly. Got out of shower dressed and found out my daughter's feet on the bottoms were black with dirt. Looked at my feet and they were the same. Ugh the floors were filthy.. I called again and asked for a redund.he told me I already stayed for the night so no refund will be given. No matter what the problem was.!!! So I took a video of my wife taking a clean towel wiping the floor off and OMG!! IT IS NOW FILTHY ALSO. I advise if you do stay in this location you inspect the room before you stay. I will attach the video.

They need to clean the smelly rugs and provide better air quality , and better products and decor, for the money felt like I was in a crappy cheap motel!!pet fee was outragious! 20.00 per nite!! Got cha!! Was told of the fee until your signed in. My dog sleeps in better accomondations, should have paid us to stay there.and breathing that moldy air was scary for my lungs!!

Staff was super nice, breakfast was good, and our room was clean. No real complaints, if I had to pick I’d say it’s about 2 years before they will need to spruce it (bathroom) up. Best choice in the area- will definitely go back.

This hotel had friendly stAff. The bathroom had no toilet tissue holder. This is our 2 nd time staying here. Although the hotel is nice and convents, after a long drive there is no restaurants that offer a comfortable, clean and something else besides fast foods.

For what you get, you'd think you were staying at the cheapest motel available. The indoor pool was out of order. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. The bathroom light in our room was broken. The sink wouldn't drain. No toilet paper on the rolls and a half used roll sitting on the toilet. Paint peeling off the walls. Hot breakfast was actually a paper bag with an orange, granola, and a prepackaged muffin. What a bad experience, considering what we paid.

Do not stay here. The physical plant needs updating.

Do not stay here. The physical plant needs updating. Carpeting nasty and it could use a coat of paint. Pool looked uninviting and we were afraid to use it. Could not wait to be able to leave in the morning.

The location is the only positive thing to say. This hotel smelled of dampness upon entering. Exiting the elevator to get to our room, we immediately smelled mildew. The room was awful-musty and moldy. We tried three additional rooms, each one no better. I have a mold allergy. Within 15 minutes, my eye was swelling shut and I struggled to breathe. It was 12:30 in the morning, we were exhausted from seven hours in the road, and we could not stay. The mold was so bad it literally made me ill.

OK, for a hotel like this - a typical hotel on a highway, this was great. The staff really made it, everyone from the front desk to cleaning folks were great and the breakfast room staff were super friendly. Extremely clean and comfortable beds. Pool was a little tiny and cold, but good enough to cool off. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff would not accept my debit card for "incedentles" because it had my wife's name on it and I was traveling alone. This was a significant inconvenience. This is the first time I have experienced this. Will not stay in a Holiday Inn Express again. This is unacceptable.
