The breakfast was not good but the dinner was fantastic
I stayed at the Fairfield for the first time. When I was going to arrive early I called the property and they said my room was all ready and I could come in anytime. That was great because I was going to have surgery and I had no idea when I be able to arrive. This hotel very close to where I was having surgery. There’s restaurants very close. The hotel lobby was clean. They had breakfast. My room was very nice and clean. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

I’m never going back to Fresno!
I’m never going back to Fresno! They should level the whole place and start fresh. Especially the tower district. Actually since I’m never going back, let’s move all the homeless people there. The crappy roads won’t be a problem, for people pushing a grocery cart or riding a bike.

Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area...
Fresno has more to offer than many from outside the area realize. From this location you can access the mountains and Yosemite, get a sense of California’s breadbasket, go shopping and experience many types of restaurants, worthwhile if you are visiting from a less populated areas, buy a car, and any other activities not listed here.

Lots to see and do.
Lots to see and do. The zoo was a great place, but there were a lot of animals missing. There was a Japanese garden that was simply amazing! Lots of shopping and tons of food choices! If you're into cigars there are a number of good lounges to visit. Too many one-way streets for my liking. But using a navigation app really makes it pretty easy to get around.

Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares...
Fresno is not the vacation destination and the city cares not for the Hotel business and let’s them operate, when they should be shuttered. There are some newer areas, like where the Air BNB I stayed, that are very nice and close to the Collage stadium. That is why if you are staying in Fresno, for any reason, Serenity is your best bet for a nice stay.
This is what was wrong! We like breakfast!
We got to the hotel at 11:30 pm. One room key didn’t work. Hotel desk person couldn’t get it open then sent us to two different room that were not cleaned yet. Finally 30 minutes later we got a room where the bed was made but we realized the room had crumb and was not really clean. We stayed there. One other room had such an uncomfortable sleep sofa, my grandson closed it and had to sleep on it as a couch. None of the rooms had enough towels!
Nice suite with two bedrooms and two pullout sofas great for the six of us. Staff really tried to do their best. They seemed a bit understaffed, but those that were there were friendly and helpful. I had left an important satchel in the room and when I came back for it two days later it had been protected and everything was in it. Staff adjusted price by 25% to make up for dissatisfaction (see below).
the area is a ghetto, hotel is very old, no elevators. outside the rooms was filthy and doors to lobby were locked at all times. front desk attendant first could not change me to the first floor since I have a handicap. Manager did however let me know that they would be charging me 100.00 deposit because people like me that are dressed well are still tearing up their rooms. NEVER COMING BACK,
Exceptional place akin to a stay at a 5 star hotel. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spotless and managing couple have put a massive amount of thought into smaller details of interior and oitside area designs. Would be a great stay for families or working professional and at the price point it blows the competition out of park. Team should be proud of what they put together.
we enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very comfortable and clean and had all we needed. We wanted to make a trip by car to Kings Canyon National Park and the road all the way there is literally round the corner from the hotel, with about an hour’s pleasant drive. we had some time to relax around the pool and also to use the fitness area.
Hotel settings, beautiful hotel & rooms. Hotel has a lot offer for a comfortable family friendly stay but the staff do not seem interested in meeting those goals. Most staff seems bothered or upset when approached for service, I did not see/received any smiles, except the lady (receptionist) that checked us in.
Garden Inn is right! Beautiful property with many fruit and citrus trees everywhere. Well maintained and groomed. And Oasis in a hot Fresno. Delicious breakfast with fruit served from the garden. Rooms are clean and neat and very spacious. A safe and clean haven from the hot, busy drive of highway 99.
The staff from the front desk, bartenders, restaurant waitress, and housekeeping were so amazingly friendly! Because of them, I think this was the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The room was very clean and big. The bed was so comfy...slept like a baby! This hotel exceeded all my expectations!❤️❤️❤️
Really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were up to date in a surprising way. . The staff was phenomenal especially Maria who worked the front desk at Night. She went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure my stay and needs were done in the best way possible. She deserves a raise!!!!
New and fresh. Comfortable Bed and the linen was luxurious! Breakfast was delicious. They were pet friendly. We were in Fresno with a illness in my family. They were so accommodating. We have stayed twice in a month. Plan on making it our go to hotel!
The fresh redecorated room we stayed in. Loved the "artsy" window blind, and the living room area in our room.
The hotel staff were nice and friendly and always are when we stay. Bed was so comfortable, shower water nice and hot.
The hotel was very nice, the woman at the reception very polite and considered all advance requests.
Thea are renovating, new furniture (no greasy old items), very clean.
Breakfast was normal: waffle machine, cornflakes, yoghurt
I always like staying at the Hotel Picadilly. It is a nice hotel and the rooms are much bigger than most regular hotel rooms. The grounds are also very well maintained with lots of landscaping. The pool is really nice too.
The best rooms we have stayed in on our road trip. Very clean, everything new and good quality. Great breakfast and pool. Complete little flat with everything you need to cook etc. Will definitely stay again.
The location of the hotel is easily accessilbe from the freeway - ideal for traveler transit in Fresno, we could easily find food by car in hotel nearby, the hotel room charge is affordable.
everything was absolutely perfect. clean, super rooms, very comfortable bed, parking, location. best Hotel we stayed in our 3 week trip to the west coast of the United States.
