The room was amazing, I wish more hotels were like this. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 17 year old son. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Can't wait to stay there again.

I was traveling alone for work. Arrived late in the evening. I felt very safe there. Bed was wonderful . Used the microwave and fridge. It's an older hotel but well maintained. Shopping center close by and lots of restaurants to choose from.Overall better experience than much pricer hotels. I'll be back.

The management of this facility has serious issues with being on his not only with myself, but with Booking.com. They refuse to answer emails not only from myself, but also Booking.com. I have been waiting for a full refund that was told multiple time was processed on June 13. Only to find out today (6/29) by the general manager that it was just processed. Not only is this hotel not clean, not safe management doesn’t even know how to tell the truth. I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying at this property. I went to the manager several times, as well as the front desk to get our room moved, promise that would happen never did. any, and all the complaints that I voice to the hotel was never even acknowledged nor recorded. I have filed a complaint with not only Ramada, but also with Wyndham regarding this property. Horrible place to stay.!!!

Not much to complain about.
Not much to complain about. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Target and Wholefoods supermarkets. A few others useful shops but not a major commercial area. For a visitor, everything you need.
If arriving from San Francisco Airport take the BART train 1 stop to Millbrae (approx $6), cross the bridge to the CalTrain platform to San Jose and get on the next train (usually at least one per hour, $6 for a Zone 2-3 ticket). 30-45 minutes later you will arrive at Sunnyvale station (no changes). The shops, cafes etc are just a couple of minutes walk.
Take an Uber or other taxi is easy and reasonably priced.
I was there for 6 nights, no car, just walked around. Felt very safe and quiet. Traffic appeared light and very respectful of pedestrians.
From my point of view a perfect location to stay, but you need to travel from there for things to do. You are in the heart of Silicon Valley, so the Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn HQ's are a short taxi journey away as is a typical shopping Mall. The CalTrain is a great way to explore other towns in the Bay area.

Sunnyvale is an up-and-coming little city about one hour from San Francisco. Easy access to SF as there is a train station downtown. Very walkable to many restaurants and stores. Lots of parks and playgrounds for nature lovers. The downtown is charming and offers many unique restaurants. Near Mountain View and Palo Alto. I loved the Wittle Inn where I stayed.
Liked the location of the hotel
to Levi's Stadium, local shopping and restaurants. Great location next to the freeway. We had a very quiet room, bed was comfortable and clean. Although the bathroom was a bit dated, it was clean. Breakfast was varied enough for most people. Rooms are arranged around a beautiful garden courtyard, with access to a good-sized swimming pool. Plenty of car parking.
The room and bathroom were very, very clean! So pleased with the housekeeping.
The beds were comfy, sheets were soft, pillows were good.
Nice neighborhood - lots of stores were accessible.
Front desk staff upon check-in was super!
Breakfast was alright. A bit basic but it served its purpose. Coffee was really good.
Nice, clean and good location. Staff is really awesome, always prompt to help. I've arrived too early (11AM) for check-in after a 16hs flight and the receptionist was so helpful working with cleaning lady to provide me a room in just a few minutes!
Breakfast is as good as many other expensive hotels I've been before.
Friendly and helpfully management, deposit accepted in cash & cards. I ended in this hotel cause the one before (and payed by booking) doesnt accepted deposit with debt card neither cash. Its econnomical, well located if you need to go to Google. Room clean, and service and management very friendly and helpful.
It's clean and posh and roomy
But it's not inhabitable due to super thin walls and the fact that no matter where you are, you hear the people talking from the yard downstairs.
Really, it feels a lot more like a hostel than like a hotel, and, well, I am not that age any more.
We had a fantastic experience at your hotel. The rooms were excellent, the hotel was clean and had a modern design, and the staff were very accommodating. The comfortable bed made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything about our experience was great. Thank you!
Breakfast included more or less everything that these kind of hotels offer but the quality was very good and the personnel super helpfull and professional. Moreover, breakfast was complimentary, so that gives extra points!
Everything was lovely from the property to the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Staying at this location was like staying at home not a hotel, had all the amenities that you would need to make yourself at home
Beautiful, clean, spacious, and well-appointed rooms with great features. Extremely quiet and comfortable, the Grand Hotel exceeded our expectations. Lovely breakfast and an upscale environment. Highly recommend.
Great location, with Target and a few restaurants only a few minutes away via car ride. Hotel is clean (mostly), parking is cheap, and value for what I got (a modern room in a decent location) was pretty good.
Good bar, good room with good amenities - strange layout but not a negative really. Picked primarily for the location. Staff were very helpful finding my misplaced jacket - magically appeared on my bed.
The location was excellent; near the ball field where we were playing, the staff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was really clean and the location overall is very quiet (away from traffic).
Great hotel in Sunnyvale with free parking and easy access to SF and all the surrounding towns.
Great complimentary breakfast that you can take up to your room (important during Covid).
Pros:
The actual room was clean and has adequate space.
I had a room with a microwave and fridge which was useful.
Convenient location close by 101.
Cheap rates.
