Breakfast was good. Lisa our host was friendly and helpful. Our room was very nicely appointed as was the breakfast area both with fresh flowers. Good location.

My family and I had a lovely time. The breaksfast that they served us was exceptional.
The room where we stayed was very clean, beds are so comfortable.
Everybody was so polite and friendly and made sure we had everything we need thank you very much.

The common areas were filthy. The only breakfast choices were a waffle, yogurt or cereal. The breakfast tables were dirty. Outside, the planting beds were bare. The side door lock was missing. Anyone could enter the premises at any time - day or night.

House was older but remodeled and in great shape-trash about outside due to animals and parking was not great for 4 motorcycles on such a steep hill but we managed gracefully. Overall house great-host great and my friends were comfortable and satisfied. Adam was excellant in his communication about all and was easy to reach-highly recommend
