I didn’t read part about contacting hotel about pets prior to arrival. They have dedicated pet rooms and all were taken. They however gave me a room that was of lesser quality but all I need was a place to sleep so I appreciate them not just sending me away. For the price, it was great! Their new rooms appeared to be very nice, but don’t allow pets. I’d stay there again during my travels.

This hotel is located close to the freeway, in an industrial area. The surrounding area is not pretty, but you are only a mile or so away from downtown West Frankfort, and there are fast food restaurants and even a small mall within walking distance. We were here for the 2024 eclipse and the hotel's location was absolutely perfect for us! The hotel is older, but very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the continental breakfast was quite good (choices of fresh fruit, packaged pastries, muffins and bread for toasting, cold cereal). Staff highlight: I needed something I'd forgotten to bring with me and when I asked the front desk, I was told they didn't have it, either. HOWEVER, one of the hotel owners literally ran to the Dollar Store located right next door and bought it for me! Now THAT'S some service!
