Amazing Resort. Loved the public hot pool. Also the suite was amazing as it had a priavte hot tub on the balcony. The bed was very comftorable. Heater also works great in the room. Great spot for a getaway or home base during a skii session in Telluride.

Nice staff, unexpected breakfast items and hot tub, clean rooms with two beds (I thought my son and I would have to share a queen) - snowed alot one night but staff kept stairs and walks clear - highly recommend if skiing at Silverton

It was such a fun place to stay. The owner Sandra was very helpful and just pleasant to talk to. I enjoyed visiting with the animals on her ranch. The breakfasts were delicious. Although her house was up on the mountain it was a beautiful ride into town. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful B&B in an old house right next to the main street in Ouray. We loved the hot tub, the happy hour and the breakfast!

If management has training to handle complaints, the Ridgeway will be a wonderful place to stay. No one should ever pound on the door of another room in any circumstance. That is just really BAD judgment.

The town itself is good, with some surprising food options. However, it serves as a truly fantastic base to explore the San Juan mountains and scenic byway. It's not very far from Telluride, Ouray or Silverton. Durango is a bit further, but the Million Dollar Highway makes for a great drive!

Ridgway is a town in Colorado among more "famous" locations like Telluride and Ouray, but it doesn't disappoint. Some great places to eat and beautiful scenery. Beth's sandwiches is a very small place, but she makes great sandwiches at a very good price!

Well we have always stayed there when we travel going back 30 years. But probably not any more. It's not wheelchair accessible hard to get in and out of room. And it's changed been remoded they added a saloon sports bar. You check in right there it use to be cozy big fire place not anymore. I bet they'll loss the retuning customers that liked the cozy atmosphere. Well find another place.

This town is awesome, and we will be visiting this place again!
Note for other travelers: We stayed in February and everything 'food wise' closed by 9pm. We understood that it's a small town and that's how things operate, but be sure to bring some food with you or be prepared to drive to Montrose late at night!

Ridgway CO is a smaller town at the Southwestern edge of the Rocky Mountains. My major regret is that I arrived in town after 6:00 PM and didn't have any time to explore. What I did find, however, that even on a Friday night, there was only one restaurant open that my hotel was willing to recommend which was disappointing.
It was a pleasant surprise! we arrived late and were welcomed by 2 friendly ladies at the reception. Rooms were clean and spacious. Everything was available in the room to make it a good stay.
We were also able to have some dinner after arrival! Do taste the wings, they are GOOD!! The bar is small and cozy and if you want you could also sit outside, with a stunning view.
Hotel had enough parking space too and was a good central location to do sight seeing!
Of the two hotel options in Ridgway, this is a budget-friendly location. They have updated the lobby and bar at the entrance, have an ample outdoor picnic space, and have excellent laundry machines, an ice machine, and a water bottle fill-up. Room 208 had a lovely welcome basket on the bed with microwave popcorn, chocolates, and the bar menu. The room had a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. The towels were soft and new.
For the price of staying, you would think they may have had some type of better continental breakfast, besides coffee, tea, some packaged muffins and a few apples. The price is similar to other motels, that offer a wider array of breakfast options. We were pointed in the direction of other local restaurants that offer a full breakfast menu, but we’re packed and we did not want to wait.
10/10 experience! Breathtaking views, comfy beds, and you get to wake up to the sunrise in the main bedroom. Would recommend using the fireplace for a super adorable and cozy experience. Holly was also amazing and helped us when we were lost and made sure we got to the cabin safe and sound! The town of Ridgway is less than 10 min away and offers great food and local shops.
We liked that the property was pet friendly. But.. as a senior with mobility issues, it was difficult to walk my dog in their doggie park areas because I couldn't step up over the curbs. There was only 1 handicap ramp into the hotel but none into the pet areas outside.
It was convenient have food available onsite.. and their wings were very tasty!
This spa resort is on its way to being one of the best. Right now, it has its share of snags. Everything that I noticed seemed to be already being addressed and fixed.
The staff is exceptional, some of the best customer service I've received at any hotel.
Massages are very affordable and well worth it!
This hotel had a great location and friendly and helpful staff. They are in the middle of a remodel, but working around it just fine. Our room appeared all new! Also, they have popcorn in the room for you:) I would highly recommend this hotel.
The location itself, the spa area, especially the hot pool. The architecture of the hotel is really nice. I like this kind of pueblo style. Also the great size of the room/apartment was not expected
Great little hotel - rooms were recently updated and are pretty nice. Ridgway is a great little town and we really enjoyed walking around the shops and eating at a few of the restaurants.
This hotel is conveniently close (a 5 minute drive) to downtown Ridgway. There have been upgrades to the common area since we last stayed there. Staff was pleasant enough…
There was no breakfast. The restaurant was closed both days that I was booked for. I was a bit disappointed but the hotel referred us to some of the local restaurants.
Very cool hotel. Lap pool is awesome. Solar hot spring is great too. Very nice lounge area. Nice location, lots of places to take a walk. Staff was friendly.
