At arrival I provided my c. card and few days after we checked out I saw a second charge for the room ,that I paid already .Sure they will work it out,but I highly recommend to everyone to check few days after checked out be sure that hotel did not charge you twice .

We went to the Harley dealership to do some shopping. We visited Fourth st live for the Mardi Gras crawl.. We walked to some of the places in the area of the home we rented. Silver Dollar,Miki Karoke bar was a lot of fun and had a pool table also.

Super cute and welcoming city.
Super cute and welcoming city. I had the good fortune to meet a new friend who essentially played historian and tour guide during my stay. The food was good, the people were friendly, and I would’ve liked a few more days.

I love Louisville…. Have great friends there. Spent NYE watching Marr Rife at the Louisville Palace which was a blast. Did not like our stay though. It wasn’t the worst by far but from its rating I expected more/better.

We grabbed a drink on Whiskey Row.
We grabbed a drink on Whiskey Row. Great view of the street from an open balcony at Number 15. We had dinner at La Bodeguita De Mima Cuban Restaurant and Rum Bar. The atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. I highly recommend. Then we shopped at the Red Door just 2 doors down from the restaurant. We went to a show at the Palace Theatre. This place is beautiful. Our hotel offered a shuttle so we didn't have to find parking at the restaurant or down town. Our hotel was just a short walk to the Palace.

I really enjoyed Downtown Louisville, and plan on going...
I really enjoyed Downtown Louisville, and plan on going again (this was not our 1st time, but 1st time staying downtown). What is not to like about Kentucky??? There is something for everyone of all ages! We loved the unique restaurants. It's always important to support the local businesses, PLEASE!!
I stayed here only because the Grady Hotel in downtown Louisville screwed me in my opinion. I won't ever stay there.
This hotel was adequate. The room was small, but ok, the Kitchen amenities were nice though. The shower was nice but the design was flawed and a lot of water ran onto the bathroom floor requiring attention so I didn't slip and fall and hurt myself.
The front desk worker, T’ann, helped me out and made me feel I was going home every day after my whole day tour in Louisville. I also witnessed she helped a customer who can’t speak English. She tried different ways to help him and provided the best service. I have traveled to almost 50 states and stayed in lots of hotels. I can tell you: she is the best!!!! 👍👍👍
Wonderful hotel in a great location! Room was great, and overall vibe/design of the hotel is really interesting. The bar area and pool looked great, but didn't have a chance to actually use either so I can't really rate them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience overall!
Not much. The staff was highly unprofessional. The hotel in general, but the hallway in particular, was extremely dirty. Will never stay there again and never recommend the place to NO BODY.
We cut our visit to Louisville short and left the hotel and the area.
The hotel and staff were excellent. I called back regarding a lost set of keys and staff took the time to check our room for the keys no were more than happy to do it. we will spend the night with you all on our next trip to Louisville.
We needed a room in Louisville as our son was having a procedure at Norton Children’s the following morning. This hotel was conveniently located only a few minutes from the hospital, close to restaurants and beautiful on the inside!
The rooms are great, comfortable. The hotel is quite new. People are very friendly and helpful. Their restaurant is the best steakhouse I've ever been to. Level of a Michelin starred restaurant. The location couldn't be better.
It was 1 of the best hotel that we had stayed at Everything was Great , and the breakfast was very good , Loved the warm swimming pool. The office people were really friendly
We had an amazing stay at the Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
