The front desk staff was very kind and courteous. The room smelled fresh and clean and I could tell that much detail was put into the cleanliness of the room. It was comfortable and very clean, which means the world to me when I’m traveling and away from home. Keep up the great work. There was ample parking and I never had to park far away from the front entrance.

    The facility was perfect for our stay.

    The facility was perfect for our stay. The only issues had nothing to do with the site only the terrible traffic conditions on Highway 1 trying to travel to and from the site. Great eating sites only a couple of miles south.

    The woman at the front desk was very helpful when I called...

    The woman at the front desk was very helpful when I called to let her know that we'd be getting in around 5am and she assured us it would be no problem. She even gave us a noon checkout so we could get some rest. The accommodations were very comfortable and very clean.

    I would not recommend Stafford to others due to the...

    I would not recommend Stafford to others due to the extremely poor road conditions, excessive and poorly managed traffic congestion and poor city planning and zoning; making the area very unattractive and a bit dangerous for visitors (esp. Elderly drivers) due to the intense travel backups. We.opted to stay in our hotel room multiple times due to the traffic problems in Stafford, going out after 8 pm.for groceries at night. We were grateful for Affordable Suites of America-Quantico as ut was quiet, calm and relaxing after battling the frustrating driving consitions.

    We couldn’t get wifi to work but the front desk woman came...

    We couldn’t get wifi to work but the front desk woman came up to help which was wonderful but it still wouldn’t last long. Kitchen facilities but no dishes cups or cutlery. We were only overnight and used paper cups we had with us for coffee. Otherwise very clean and quiet even being pet friendly. My pup was happy too.

    Maybe have staff be more customer friendly and care to help the families staying. I know COVID has made things rough but shouldn't that make you more appreciative for the business you still have? There should be a notice for those staying at your Hotel that breakfast, pools etc are unavailable due to the circumstances because I'll tell you what...coming with small children without that notice made our trip much more difficult without those accommodations. Also your price- if you charge based on the breakfast, pools, restaurants and they're not available don't you think you should be giving some kind of discount?

    I am handicapped and had horrible experience traveling before arriving at hotel. The staff and hotel more than made up for everything that happened before I got there. I had plane delays for mechanical reasons, horrible storm when I arrived, BUT everyone was so helpful from car agency to Uber to hotel, Staybridge. Trip took a 180 after arriving there. I would go back in a minute. Great place to visit, fantastic people. Thank you.

    We booked a room for 3 people and were given a room with one bed! We asked for two beds and got non smoking room that was smelling with sigarets. And when asked to change- they said this is the last room. We would never book this hotel if advertised correctly. As all smoking rooms and apparently no double beds

    Staff was extremely friendly & provided us with everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful and there was plenty. I love that it was a indoor pool because I visit my grandsons near by and i love to do fun things with them when I come to VA. The hotel was very clean!!!

    Bed mattress and sheets were very very comfortable. Most comfortable of any hotel chain I have stayed in and I had to do a lot of travel when I worked my last job. Hot breakfast is also good. Thank you.

    The hotel was cheaper and nicer than any other ones we had stayed in before. It was so nice to have a full kitchen, and a separate living room from the bedroom. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.
