Nothing customer service was horrible called no answer rude belittling employee such a shame I’ve never thought about a hotel that would treat me my wife and daughter this way and when asked for a refund without even staying for the rest of night was denied and told they was never paid the money or even able to refund it and was caught in a slight argument when the employee threatened me in front of my family to call the cops and leave the premises

Wonderful, peaceful stay in the country right on the creek! Comfortable, clean, and private - and delicious homemade breakfasts! The Harriet Tubman museum and the Harriet Tubman Underground Railroad National Historical Park are not to be missed. Also the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge is great for birdwatching! Debbie is a kind and attentive host, and has lots of interesting decor and antiques in her house.

If your looking for a safe place to rest your head in a comfy bed and have breakfast and hot coffee in the morning. This is just fine! I personally prefer no carpet in a room and this wasn't an option BUT the rugs in the room were clean.

This was the dirtiest most disgusting room I have ever stayed in in 20 years of traveling . The AC was broke and filters inside have obviously never been cleaned. The ac was set to 62 its lowest setting and it was cooler in the hall way . I took the filter out and banged it against the wall as it was disgusting and caked . but the interior filter has never been cleaned and you could see soda bottle caps etc in it. I will never subject my wife and I to this dump again ever Tear this dump down and build new the only solution at this point

The rooms are dirty and smell - no security - the doors to the parking lot are open all night - actually they dont even close.
The phones in the room dont work and are not even plugged in
and the when you have kids running up and down the hall screaming
at 2:00 am the staff does nothing about it.
Dont stay here you will not be happy

Price of rooms was way too high for the area and the room.
Price of rooms was way too high for the area and the room. $300 is way too expensive. I would recommend if the price of the room was in the $150 range, but they seem short staffed, the spa was not open on Sunday or Monday and the restaurant took over an hour to start our breakfast so we had to leave without breakfast.
You see people outside looking for cigarette butts !! You see people climbing in and out of windows and stealing stuff from THERE HOTEL. they don’t have change for the guest so they can wash clothes go to the snack machine that only take CHANGE no CASH. Weird right?? You have people overdosing in there hallways you have people yelling and screaming when people have work. The rooms had blood on the ceiling and walls
Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable and the beds/pillows were perfect. The bathroom was spacious and clean also. The breakfast was great. I love when a hotel has a hot breakfast. It just sets the right tone for the day. The staff was very friendly. Especially the cleaning ladies. They always greeted us with a smile and a nice tone. My family also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I'd stay here again!
Upon arrival, I was totally impressed by the beautiful lake surrounding the hotel area. The view from the room is just wonderful. Balcony is a bonus. Walking along the trails and seeing the nature around us is truly relaxing. Some staffs are very lovely. Pools look great though I didn’t get a chance to try them.
All the places I wanted to visit was near the hotel. There was plenty of restaurants to eat at.
I enjoyed the Harriet Tubman museum, garden, her home site where she grew up. Also as we were visiting the Bucktown store we met family members of Harriet Tubman finishing the filming at the store.
Amazing.
I loved the friendly staff most of all. They were courteous, gentle ,tolerant and kind. It was also very clean and that is so appreciated. I tipped accordingly as I really appreciate this when I spend money on such an extravagance as hotels and going away. Thank you so much for your service.
It's Cambridge - not a great variety of interesting hotel options so this was fine. It seemed expensive for what it was. While the rooms were clean, decent size...standard for this chain, the walls were thin (could hear the people next door having loud sex), and the hall doors banged.
The house was spacious and fantastic for our group of 10 adults. Plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and amenities. A quick walk to downtown Cambridge for enjoying the Oyster and Ice Festival.
The location was right off 50 so access to Cambridge and surroundings was easy. Check in was a little bumpy even though I had a reservation. The cleaning staff was friendly.
