Front desk person was extremely nice, greeted me with open arms very very pleasant 😀 😊 need more people like her. The front desk person is like the quarter back (QB) she held it down!! Front Desk person plays a very important role, and she played her part well!

There was blood EVERY where: on the walls, in the shower, on the toilet paper, on the shampoo bottle, on the sheets, on the bedspread, in the closet. I don't know if the previous occupant was stabbed to death in there or WHAT. Needless to say I complained to the manager, and told him the bedspread needed to be trashed. He said he would have the maid clean tomorrow! 🤯 I said I need to be switched to another room! He said he did not have another one to put me in. So I said then I need this room cleaned NOW. He wiped the place down with fabuloso and left Lysol for me to spray the room down. But the stench of cigarettes and whatever massacre had occurred in there previous ly would not go away. I sprayed fabreze, and put in Glade plug ins. It was STILL stiflingly funky in there.

The stay was good, but it was only for one night. The room was clean and it was quiet. The staff was very nice and friendly . They made you feel welcomed.The location of the hotel was near my event but getting to the hotel was kind of confusing. The smoking outside the hotel is understandable but it was awful having to get to into the hotel to get to the front desk and having to smell the fumes. There needs to either be a no smoking on premises or a designated smoking area away from the front entrance.

Waldorf is a bedroom community for the Washington, DC area..
Waldorf is a bedroom community for the Washington, DC area.. It has heavy traffic all directions on the main arteries during the morning and evening rush hours. You can get to a lot of interesting places from there, but the community itself isn't really a vacationers' destination. We lived in the area for 29 years and have come back to visit friends periodically. Our long-time favorite local eating spot is Texas Ribs and Barbecue in the St. Charles neighborhood. Most of the other eateries in the vicinity are part of national chains which you can find anywhere. Though there are a few good local seafood restaurants, you have to know where to look for them and their numbers are dwindling.Steven - 4.0Scored 4.0

It is a very run down facility, in a not so nice area of town. There were people constant hanging around in the parking lot, outside my room, everywhere. I asked to have them removed and nothing happened. I would not recommend this hotel.

I picked this location because my Mother passed away and I...
I picked this location because my Mother passed away and I needed to come claim her body and take it back home to NC. I did NOT stay at my sister's house who lives 10 mins away from this hotel because she is a slob and does not keep a clean house. This place had a leaky ceiling above the first double bed, soap as small as chewing gum chicklets, the heat only worked if you turned it up to 80 and then you were burning up, but on lower settings like 72 or 75 it was cold and colder, the bathtub clearly was not the cleanest and the floors creaked. I also had to ask the group next door to turn down the music twice at which point I just put my ear plugs in and made the most of a terrible night's rest. Also, why was there only ONE person at check in at 8PM on New Year's Eve? Surely you were expecting many more people, but I have to say the young lady was calm and collected but SLOW. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites EVER AGAIN! PERIOD!!!!DDoraUnited States of America

They have a gym and pool and it's great. The breakfast was fair, I've had better at other Hampton Inn but it wasn't bad at all. The hotel staffs were pleasant and nice, with no unwanted attitude, so that was good.
