The room was a nice size. The toilet wouldn't stop running and the smoke detector beeping (due to needing to change the battery). The breakfast was not good at ALL Some of the stuff was rude 😒

The only thing that was nice and comfortable was the beds. The rest was a nightmare! No hot breakfast, key cards did not work, charged for 5 people and only four came. The had plenty of rooms available because there were only four or five cars in the lot. Would have been a wiser choice to have changed our reservation rather than having 4 ladies out there telling what terrible customer service we were given. We were not cancelling, just changing the number of people. Sometimes we must find a way to accommodate a customer's wishes if at all possible rather than have the bad reviews out there. We were there to visit family in a nearby town. Didn't really experience O'Fallon, but the nearby properties seemed fine and typical for a suburban retail and business district. We didn't visit any except the gas station. It appears to be a safe area.

We were there to watch our grandson to play with the OFallon Hoots. Also to look up family from some years ago. Had a great help with the civic center. We ate at Panara for Breakfast since you only had plastic wrapped muffins (ugh)

Already provided elsewhere. S/B no charge for pets. Breakfast s/b provided. Amenities should be available. No additional paperwork to sign. Eat at Lady Di's and Salt + Smoke in St. Charles. The Original Pancake House [Chesterfield, I believe]. Stay clear of Bob Evans and IHOP. Go to old town St. Charles by the river. NEVER require an answer. It's unprofessional.
