Location was pretty decent. About half hour walk from a lot of the historical sights. Staff were very welcoming and hotel restaurant food was pretty good. Rooms were very quiet except for doors closing from other rooms nearby.

Not a great experience. The name of the facility is wrong on the site. Someone cannot spell.. No toilet paper and was asked when I was leaving because that was the 'emergency roll'. No posting of 'card only' at the front desk on the website; I had cash as a traveler. There were too many young and 'strange' individuals hanging around the facility. I did not feel safe. Front desk staff had no energy or professionalism. No ice for beverages. Just an overall not great accommodations or experience. Management should really do an overhaul and or/look at upgrades and 'fixes' to accommodate guests.

First.
First. A roach ran across the little desk area in the room..then they charged my account 250.00 for smoking weed in the room..if I would have smoked weed in the room then everyone in the 5th floor would have smelled it..i spoke with a manager who has to speak with a house keeper and I see why I was charged ..make sure to check your charges

Well, we didn’t really explore tourist sites in Hyattsville...
Well, we didn’t really explore tourist sites in Hyattsville including a trip to the Capitol because of storm alert that day. However we enjoyed the various shops where we stayed at Greenway Centre as well as outside The Hotel.
Staff was very unprofessional, and especially the guy that worked the night shift. I still dint receive my paper work to fill out because there was no ink. He said he would be ready in a little while and that never happened. Also I stayed two nights. and there was no housekeeping down and no soap in the bathroom. I seems more of a quest house than a hotel.
The location was great and convenient to almost everything. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and staff always helpful and friendly. I always choose this hotel whenever I come to Maryland/DC.
rooms were nice and big and clean. Breakfast was enough to set you up for the day travelling.
Staff were very helpful
Hotel was not far from train station to get into central washington
