The bed was comfy. I slept well. The staff was nice. The only issue that I had with my stay was the hotub was not working like I was told would be. And the bathtub had a bunch of black curly hairs in it 🤮 Overall the stay was good. But the bathtub was my biggest concern because it obviously was not cleaned properly.

Disappointed that the heat was not on in the room prior to my arrival has I had made a reservation for the room. Also disappointed that I had to go through the process of programming the tv. Also I had to mess with the electrical cords to get everything to work.

Need to watch when paying with cash.

Need to watch when paying with cash. We still got charged on our card and after many phone calls no results just kept saying no one paid with cash that day. So I believe someone pocketed the cash. After looking at the receipt it only showed the card transaction.

Seymour Indiana there seems to be alot of drug trafficking and you see alot of lot lizards so to say, alot of prostitution right k. Ain eye sight and plain view to the public eye, very disturbing, this town has alot of potential, once they decide to clean up the streets and put forth some effort into keeping them clean and safe for our children and there children and so on and so forth, but if the effort isn't put in I see this city being one of America's worse next to north Vernon Jennings county, and the Hepatitis and HIV epidemic outbreak will only continue to worsen until someone stands up and speaks and puts action and motion to help better these small communities. . .that's all I have to comment right now. . . For the amount of money that it was it offered very little. Outdated and overpriced. Surely, for the price you’d get breakfast? Nope. Still pretending that covid is the reason you can’t return to normal services. Yet the rest of the population has. Therefore covid is just an excuse for you to not provide services and charge the same price. I’m confident you’re not getting rich doing so because I didn’t see one other person going in and out of that place. I honestly can’t see it staying open much longer.

I paid $118.79 for a canceled room that was $78 and when I called to get my money back and to clarify the problem I'm giving them running around was on the phone with the hotel room booking.com for over an hour and a half only to find out that the hotel room is not responsible for my refund booking.com says I need to contact the hotel room the hotel room says I need to contact booking.com and if I get my money back if is the main word it'll take 7 to 10 business days

Stay was quiet and room was very clean. Check in was prompt. Numerous restaurants were close by which made it convenient after an 8 hour drive, didn't really want to drive more after the initial trip, so it was nice to see the restaurants close by. Breakfast was ready as described by Hotel, coffee was pretty good also.

My spouse was happy with the food offerings. I'm on a different kind of diet, so eggs and bacon were the only things I could eat. I always find eggs too salty at hotels though. Peanut butter would have been good.

In Booking.com it shows the hotel as bread and breakfast but it's not. It's misleading information which is not right.
