One male on reception was atrocious. He had an "I'm too good to be here" attitude. It wasn't personal as he treated others in the same manner. Pool was fine for me as I swim hard but far too cool for children or just handing around. On the other hand the gym, which was fabulous, was unbearably hot.

The only thing that was good was the location to the area that I needed to be. As well as there a few places to eat within walking distance.

The staff was overall friendly and knowledgeable. The manager was excellent and very friendly. I appreciate her taking the time to talk to me I didn't even know she was the manager.

Metro accessible - walk like 30 mins or so or take bus to the train (or a car)
Then you can travel from Wheaton to Tysons, Light rail to Baltimore as you see fit. Either way you can get around without a car, just pace yourself. Let me know how i can help ( I sound like I work here lol)

I stayed at this Days Inn location for one night as part of a business trip. The price was right and the cleanliness rating was good. The hotel met my expectations for the most part. The room, bed, and bathroom were fairly clean. The AC/heat vent was a little dusty however. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a good night of sleep after driving all day. All though I did not indulge, there is a restaurant on site, and a McDonald's next door. There were also several restaurants and shopping nearby.
For budget conscious travelers, I recommend.

Gross room. Stains on beds and carpets. Hard beds.
Gross room. Stains on beds and carpets. Hard beds. You could hear people talking loudly in the halls at 3am. Parking was tight. Bathroom was small and the shower wasn't hot. Just a dirty out dated hotel.

The location was convenient.
The location was convenient. Check in could have been better. There should have been two front desks clerks to help with checking in and checking out. I waited in line 10 minutes just to check in after a 5 hour drive because there was another lady trying to check out and an older man also trying to check in. Also the room wasn’t bad at all. The rooms bathroom was another story. Very small so not too much room to maneuver. Also clearly there must have been a leak in the ceiling above the shower- horrible patch job and super moldy. Mold causes people to be sick that should get fixed immediately. Also cobwebs and spiderwebs under the sink by the clean towels.

Awful customer service
Falsely charged my card . I will never stay at any Best Western hotel ever again. As you can see in photo booking was cancelled for free and hotel still charged my card. Im telling all my family to never stay there and we travel to Maryland several times a year
THE STAFF WERE VERY HONEST.MY WIFE MISPLACED HER PHONE DURING OUR 9 DAYS AT THE HOTEL. THEY KEPT THE PHONE AT THE COUNTER FOR HER. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY GOOD. VISITORS WHO CAME TO SEE US HAVE A VERY HIGH REGARDS FOR THEIR LOVE, CARING AND ACCOMODATION
Can’t say enough great things about this place, all the staff were great, the rooms were awesome and well worth the little money you spend. We had booked at a horrible hotel down the street. Luckily they had a room available
We choose this hotel to our trip to Washington. The hotel is around 20 minutes drive from city center, but as we had car it was not a problem. Clean and nice place for good value.
It's a lovely hotel. Beautifully decorated lobby and laid out very well. Although we didn't have an opportunity to use the pool, it looked very inviting.
This is a very great property, affordable, spacious, extremely clean, and easy to locate in a quiet neighborhood of Lanham, Maryland. Highly recommended.
