I was there for a wedding it was not to far from the Lone...
I was there for a wedding it was not to far from the Lone Summit Ranch. The breakfast was great although 6am to 9am seems a little early for me I had to get up eat breakfast and go back to bed. But I am sure it's great for normal people. The cleaning staff was so nice and gave me extra coffee when I asked.

It was a clean comfortable space. Quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. The downtown is very quaint.
The downtown is very quaint. Cheddar's at 291 and 40 Hwy has really good food, reasonable prices, and a nice atmosphere. First Watch has great breakfast and lunch and is gluten friendly. Lees Summit is confusing to get somewhere.Had a tough time finding a restaurant that wasn't a chain. The BBQ restaurant across from motel was great and friendly. Was in Lees Summit for a grandsons birth. Wasn't there for activities.

There are so many things to do and enjoy around town.
There are so many things to do and enjoy around town. Never realized how big the town actually was. Texas road house didnt disappoint us either. There are plenty of shops and other restaurants around.CarrieUnited States of America

When we got there, we were told they did not allow cats. The info should read dog friendly or they should tell you that cats are not permitted. We went out for the Kansas City vs Buffalo game. We booked the room because it was close. We ended up having to drive 2 hours to the game and 2 hours back to our hotel. The hotel we had to book was at best a half star hotel, besides. To my dismay, the hotel still charged my card, leaving me disappointed with the level of service I received. I caution others to be careful because this situation could happen to them too. I used the treadmill/ workout room. I did not use the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. My room was clean and comfortable. Had a mini fridge and microwave very helpful for my extended stay. The bed was very comfortable. The room was close to the other members of my family which made things very convenient. We were also all on the 1st floor which made it easier on my elderly mother to get to breakfast and out of the hotel. Kids and myself enjoyed the pool. All in all, great stay.
