We liked that the hotel appeared very clean. The beds were comfortable. The location to the subway and to Washington D.C. were ideal. The night check in receptionist was very accommodating in that he was able to put us on the same floor that our daughter was already on.( We were visiting her)

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It had broken microwaves, elevators, and ice machines. Staff does not remember to leave fresh towels or make the bed. I didn't receive my Veterans' Discount because I booked online—just the worst 10 days of my life.

The location is impeccable, it would be a dream if customer service and the room was better. First off the girl at the counter seemed as though she didn’t want to work that day and was really nothing to want to deal with after traveling for hours after being at work for 10hrs. Then the room. One plus... the carpet looked new and the old dated room didn’t have that disgusting old smell. BUT THE BATHROOM WAS HORRIBLE! I had to take a bath at my daughters apartment even though I rented this room. The tub was peeling inside and around and there were water stains everywhere. The bathroom was dated but the paint had just been updated and the toilet had been updated but I felt like I was going to catch something. New paint on top of old stuff is the worst. The inside of the frig was decent but the outside looked so horrible I didn’t want to put anything inside. The kitchen again was VERY dated but the sink had been updated but the stove ... I’d never seen one like it and it was less than desirable to want to cook on. No utensils whatsoever. I found hair on the table, on the kitchen sink, on the bed, and in the bathroom. Thank goodness to my germiphobia I carry Clorox wipes and Lysol spray everywhere. I wiped down and sprayed everything emptying out a new canister of both. And last but not least... there’s a sign in the office saying bring in your dirty towels for switch out don’t pile up in room/bathroom. I’VE NEVER!!!! What are the cleaning people for??? Thank gawd I didn’t plan to use the diseased looking shower anyway. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and I will not suggest this property to ANYONE EVER!

So many things were bad plus it was hard to get onto the property as there was a huge mound of dirt at the entrance with orange cones and one was laying almost in the middle of the road. Bad smelling room that kept me awake along with the noisy air conditioning that would not stop and the sense of the room not being clean and the tub being rusty and peeling and the kitchen faucet very hard to turn on and we had to fix the commode lever to get it to flush and just too many negative points to continue…a BAD experience any way you look at it. Plenty of places to eat nearby was the only good thing about the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone…ever!
