Use well known booking sites.
Use well known booking sites. It's not worth saving a few dollars to have a site that won't stand behind their services or book you at a place that the crime rate is not a place you would knowing book.

I was very satisfied with the pricing and the room plus its location. There really isn't anything I can say bad about this place. It was my very first time staying at a Sonesta but now I will actively look for a Sonesta when I am traveling. the value for what you get is simply great. I would just hope they all have the same quality and welcoming experience I had at this one in Sharonville.

We didn't do a lot in Sharonville but used it as a hub to plan our activities. It was convenient to all of the Cincinnati area. We were on a quest to try several chili parlors, comic book stores, Union Station, and arcades. With the help of GPS we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to go and return to the hotel without issues.

The hotel had not received the Booking.com confirmation but I had confirmation on my phone from both. Was told my guest & I were upgraded but that was the type of room I had confirmed from the beginning. 3 people King bed with sofa bed. Breakfast included. It all worked out but it is the first time Booking.com and the hotel have not communicated with each other. Just for you to review thank you
The clerk for the night shift was awesome hotel is clean I didn't feel so safe at first it's a lot of running in and out but I guess it's to be expected holiday time and people just having fun I guess but it was nice I like because it's got a kitchen so you can cook if you need to but I only stayed one night so I did get a chance to cook cuz I checked in at 3:00 a.m. and have to leave by 11:00 and I'm still a little tired for overall it's okay
The room was filthy…towels in the bathtub, handprints/fingerprints in the bathroom doors in both rooms as well as the door that was between the two rooms (we had a king delux). If there were other hotels in the area with availability, we would have left after seeing the rooms but we were in town for a soccer tournament and had no other options.
We were there for my granddaughter's dance competition. The Hyatt Place was very close to the auditorium where the competition was taking place. The breakfest was good and hot. It was better than most hotels I have stayed. The rooms were big and roomy. The beds were very comfortable.
The staff and food was excellent. We were very impressed with the afternoon snacks and drinks. We’ve never been to a hotel that offers such a great option for snacks and drinks. The hotel was very clean as well, very impressed
This is my absolute favorite hotel in Sharonville. The staff has to be the most friendly, professional and helpful out of all the Hyatt line of hotels. I always enjoy my stay at this location due to these reasons.
I almost always stay at this location when I’m booking a hotel. I’ve never had an issue before this stay. I don’t know if there’s a new owner but the location doesn’t look as clean as it use to.
There was roaches everywhere I was literally discussed. No soap no toilet paper or soap in the room. Never been to a hotel who didn't have toilet paper had to go by those things myself
The room was spacious and quiet. Loved having a sitting area. Staff were friendly . Bed was comfy. The breakfast was wonderful compared to most hotels. The price was very good.
