I'm a kitchen and bathroom GC. So my expectations on interior and exterior finishes are a little higher then most. That being said your overall performance was Great. There were a few things that needed some attention ( shower pan cracked,both door bath room entry were badly out of plum, low pressure in shower)
Let meet add that I really enjoyed our stay.

Very run down dirty room no inside check in I had to stand out in the cold to get set up. Room smelled bad floor was sticky toilet did not flush right looked nothing like the photos at all. This was my first time going to Atlantic City and I’ll never stay at this hotel again. The daytime stay is rude and mistreat black people. I heard several of the black guest tell how unfairly treat they was, how they tried to over charge them and there rooms was no up to par. My son got burned by the water that would not let us turn it to a cool temperature. I had no lamp in my room and tv didn’t work. I ended up having to switch rooms before the first night was over.

Room was clean and comfortable, however the pool looked like it needed to be cleaned. It was cloudy and had a brown inside along the water line. Went to pool because our daughter really wanted to go, but we didn't like how it looked.

Jetted Spa Tub Room!!! Quiet, safe, and comfortable. Great cable and Wi-Fi. The closest Chinese Restaurant was (7 min drive was fab). Brigantine Beach (free) is only a 15-20 min drive in a charming community (take a lounge chair or beach towels and drinks. Plenty of great places to dine in or out. Seafood Shack near the beach has delicious fresh seafood. There is a restaurant right beside Seafood Shack where you can dine outside and bring your own alcoholic beverages at no charge.

We stayed at this one several years ago and it was fine. This time? The last time! The carpet (squares) in the room had gaps. Get your money back from whoever laid that flooring. The breakfast area, well, you get what you pay for. I had a piece of toast and went to a diner for breakfast. If we were staying more than 1 night we would have found someplace else for the second night

The man at the counter was kind enough to refund the extra room. When I locked myself out of my room, he gave me a new key, no questions asked. The room was clean, as was the bathroom. There was an air conditioner in the room, so I didn’t have to worry about bad smell.
