Location good, accepted pets and surprisingly quiet
My room was very big and it was clean. The beds were about the right size so I could transfer onto them. However, my bill was $30 something more than I was quoted with no mention by the clerk. When I saw the amount I had to go back down and ask why. I was told it was a fee for n case we set the hotel on fire and that should go back on my card later.
I am wheelchair bound and could not see in any of the mirrors except the full length on on the closet/ bathroom door. That door was a sliding barn door and very, very hard for me to open. We asked for a rollaway bed-denied fire hazard. Asked for another desk chair-denied fire hazard The creamers for coffee were clabbered. The manager was nice but looked like he just got out of bed when we checked in and out. There was no pull down shade or curtains in the window. The parking lot night light showed right in our window! I think that about covers it.
We loved Franklin!!! Very nice clean little town. We ate outside downtown at a sandwich place.

Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time.
Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Everything worked perfectly. I set the AC on 67 and it cooled the room perfect. I stay hot all the time. The shower was perfect size and the water felt amazing. My teen granddaughters were excited to sleep on a couch bed. My husband & I slept in a king bed. Had family of 12 plus us 4 to visit for about 30 mins & it was plenty of room for everyone. Kids got into the pool it was clean & they said water temperature felt great. I’m not big on breakfast but I did have a yogurt & banana my husband & the kids ate eggs sausage French toast etc it was great. Thank you to Ricky who checked us in on his politeness and kindness. We couldn’t opted for contactless of check in put I didn’t. Great hotel

I liked the location which was close to the highway.
I liked the location which was close to the highway. The Motel was dirty and disgusting. The back door to the motel was broke so there was no security to the building. The hallway carpet was filthy. There was no front desk attendant after 9PM and the sign stated they arrive at 10am in the morning. The heat was blasting in the room with no way to regulate it and the grate over the heater was clogged with dust. I had to leave the window open all night to stand it. The WI-FI didn't work. The room looked dingy and was filthy. The ice machine wasn't working and the swimming pool was drained. I was exhausted and slept in my clothes using my own blanket for a few hours and left. NEVER AGAIN will I book a Motel 6.

We were within driving distance to Indianapolis, went shopping in Greenwood, and were in the area to be with friends. Franklin a cute little town but a quick visit was enough. I did however really like Greenwood.

Charming little town not far from Indianapolis.
Charming little town not far from Indianapolis. We stayed there because we had family there. If you’re looking for something to do, I don’t think Franklin is the right place. If I didn’t have family there I would not stay. It is clean and the downtown area is beautiful. Worth a couple hours to walk around and have lunch. The nearby Franklin college is beautiful too.
Location was great for visiting family in Franklin. Rooms were very accommodating and clean. Kids loved the pool and it was a pleasure and relaxing for me and my daughter. I will most likely return.
Hotel is in a convenient location off the highway and an ok value for a quick one-night stay if you understand what you are getting. All staff I met were pleasant and helpful.
The facility, room, everything was top notch. The staff were extremely pleasant! Best hotel stay ever! This far exceeded any hotel I've ever stayed at!
